Trevlig personal, bra läge mitt i partydistriktet
Pros:

Trevlig och hjälpsam persoanal.

Cons:

Dåligt isolerade fönster, vilket gjorde att det blev mycket oväsen från gatan och intilliggande pubar till sent på natten. Passar kanske bättre för partyfolket än för familjen.

As above - appalling!
Pros:

Breakfast although we couldn’t order yoghurt & granola in addition to Irish breakfast like many hotels I have stayed at.

Cons:

Lack of supply of ear defenders. Wasn’t aware that we would be staying over the loudest pub in Temple Bar by far! Was placed on the first floor straight above the Fitzsimmons Bar with no soundproofing or consideration by other extremely loud guests who got to their room at 3 am . Did not sleep for 2 nights as a result!

la ubicación para hacer turismo es ideal, todo esta cerca.
la habitación 207 para 4 personas estaba bien, las camas son confortables, quizas un poco justo el espacio para moverse.
el baño es bastante nuevo.
el desayuno es abundante, pero el café que hay en self service es pesimo, si quieres un buen café te lo hacen con maquina, pero se paga aparte.

Cons:

es muy muy ruidoso, se oye tanto de día como de noche, se oye mucho la musica los pubs de las calles de abajo, y la gente hablando gritando o riendo hasta las 3h de la madrugada. creo que un hotel en este sitio deberia tener ventanas mejor insonorizadas.
la calefación estaba a tope, y no sabiamos como apagarla.

Rude staff and bad food!
Pros:

Stayed here last night after attending a gig around the corner in the Olympia theatre. Receptionist was lovely to deal with , very friendly. Room is clean. You can hear everything outside as room is not soundproof from the bar. So very loud and noisy. We had pre paid for breakfast with our booking and the tea/coffee was cold and when we asked for boiling water for our tea we were told the tea was hot and she would heat the milk. Not very accommodating , very rude and not approachable. Also we got the eggs Benedict, mini Irish fry and avacado on toast - 2 breakfasts were freezing cold and a long hair was found on another. We just agreed to not saying anything and leave. Horrible service.
