An excellent hotel a little way out of the busy areas on Lake Como.
Pros:

The welcome and service by staff was excellent - friendly, helpful but discrete. Our room and balcony were great. Comfortable bed, bedding, towels and air conditioning all made for a good nights sleep.Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the 3 dinners we had were great. We enjoyed the swimming pool and covered area often having the pool to ourselves.

Jeder Mitarbeiter hat stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Eine super entspannte Atmosphäre.
Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben spontan unsere Durchreise um eine Nacht verlängert, was total unproblematisch war. Alles in allem sehr guter Aufenthalt
Die E-Ladesäule ist mit deutschen Tankkarten nutzbar.
Toller großer Außenpool den wir aber nicht genutzt haben

Nous avons été très bien accueillis.
La dame qui est à la réception nous a donné de très bons conseils pour prendre le bateau.
L'hôtel est très propre, au calme avec vue sur les montagnes.
Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, les serviettes de bain sont fournies sur demande.
Nous avons dîné au restaurant, bon rapport qualité-prix

Nowy pokoje w standardzie superior, bardzo miła Pani na recepcji oraz pozostała część personelu. Bardzo smaczne śniadania, przez kilka dni pobytu każdy z nas mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Możliwość zapisania się na kolację za dodatkową opłatą, raz skorzystaliśmy. Basen czysty., możliwość korzystania z leżaków. Widoki cudowne. Do miasta jeździliśmy miejskim autobusem.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer konnte da leider nicht mithalten

Die Lage ist super und das personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider kann ich keine gute Bewertung hinterlassen. Die Matratzen waren völlig durchgelegen und ungemütlich. Dazu kam, dass das Wasser in der Dusche nicht abfloss.

Awful staff except the manager

Facilities are ok. And the manager/owner is really nice person.

Cons:

The staff made this my worst experience ever in a Hotel. I asked them to heat some leftovers and a senior lady started screaming that they have a restaurant, and for this reason they shouldn’t, but the manager was nice and asked them to do it.

Then again, because of the location we had to leave earlier than expected so I asked them to pack a breakfast to go. When checking out, the receptionist told us that breakfast opened earlier and that we could go.

Then, the same screaming lady from before, went to our table and made me really uncomfortable, my autistic wife almost had a panic attack.
She kept implying that we were taking advantage, and asked if we really needed to leave.
Then the receptionist, the same that offered the breakfast again, said that was really bad thing that I did.

The location is awful for public transportation. If you lose the last bus (7 pm), good luck finding a driver.
