Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit schönem Bergblick. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich.
Parkplatz top! Pool top! Frühstück top!

Cons:

Die Betten waren für uns leider viel zu hart im Standard Doppelzimmer.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 minutes en voiture de Menaggio. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes dans les environs, personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner très bien également.

Cons:

Le manque de chaîne de télévision étrangère, mais ce n'est pas bien grave pendant les vacances.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et professionnel, le fait que les réceptionnistes parlent français est un gros plus, la piscine était très agréable, niveau situation géographique c’était top! Juste à côté de Menaggio donc accès facile à la villa Carlotta !

Cons:

L’isolation phonique de la chambre ne m’a pas convenue
