Pros:

Beautiful, characterful property lovingly restored with comfortable modern flourishes. An easy walk into Uzes where there's a terrific variety of restaurants (though best to book in advance on a weekend). Breakfast is both delicious and generous and served on a wonderful ancient terrace when the weather is fine. Owners and staff are friendly and helpful but this is not a full service hotel (especially as the restaurant is not currently open) but rather a luxury boutique style b&b where you have the freedom of the facilities such as the wonderful pool and spa at any time.

Pros:

Très difficile à trouver,acces etroit et problematique en cas de voiture en face. Très bon accueil,belle chambre et "cloitre" sublime pour le petit déjeuner.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis avec une véritable générosité, ce sera d’ailleurs le mot clé de notre séjour. Tout est conçu pour nous nous sentions comblés, la beauté des lieux n’a d’égal que le confort des équipements.

Not to be missed
Pros:

during a trip to Provence my wife and I made a quick change of plans after 1 day in Aix. She had heard about Uzes, and a quick search on the internet turned up this hotel. L'Artemis was an outstanding experience - probably one of the best 4-5 hotels I have stayed in!

Location - excellent. In the country, but an easy 10 minute walk to Uzes. This is a not-to-be missed town in the region
Service - first rate at all times
Food - excellent. Simple but rewarding breakfasts. we ate once at their restaurant. The food was first-rate as was the service and ambience
Room - we stayed in the suite "Georges". First-rate accommodation, comfortable bed, nice shower, large room, great views, patio, etc

All-in-all, top-notch, and great value.
