Pros:

Ottima e abbondante nelle scelte la colazione. Posizione ottima e centrale per ogni luogo si desideri visitare.

Stanze davvero piccole, al posto della scrivania mettere una cassettiera per mettere i vestiti una volta disfatta la valigia

El hotel perfecto para una estancia en Budapest.
Pros:

Estamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia en este hotel. Cuando lleguemos, tuvimos un pequeño problema y en recepción nos ayudaron a arreglarlo inmediatemente. El desayuno es increible, más como un hotel de 5 estrellas y la atención del personal inmejorable. Están súper atentos a todo y muy serviciales. El camarero en el bar también fue muy simpático y agradable. Por último, la limpieza perfecta y la ubicación perfecta. Gracias por todo! :)

Room was nice, modern in-room facilities. Location good.

Cons:

There was active construction in the lobby of the hotel. Upon arrival, I walked into an automatic door for the hotel which appeared to go to the lobby. It was an active construction site. This was uncomfortable and loud. The lack of public areas due to construction was not disclosed until after booking (non-refundable of course). A real bait and switch.

The reception was in a retrofitted room on the Mezzanine floor. Not very professional.

Each morning, I was woken up by the sound of construction. So I could not sleep in on my vacation.

If this had all been disclosed at time of booking, as well as clear reduced rates due to the inconvenience, this would have been acceptable. However, it was not disclosed ahead of time.

Struttura super centrale e moderna. Camera piccola, ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione: poiché la colazione è più sbilanciata sul salato che sul dolce (il target è internazionale) i cuochi mi hanno preparato ogni mattina i pancake freschi e buonissimi.

Cons:

Nulla; posso solo dare un suggerimento al management: comprate un’altra macchina delle bevande calde. Nell’ora di punta si crea un po’ di coda.

Check in wird wenn möglich auch schon früher möglich gemacht.
Zentrale Lage, alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Trotz Innenstadtlage nicht laut.
Insgesamt ein gutes Stadthotel

Teppichboden in den Zimmern.
Man könnte zudem eine 2. Kaffeemaschine für das Frühstücksbuffet anschaffen, um lange Wartezeiten zu vermeiden
