Pros:

Lief personeel, super behulpzaam. Goede ligging en mooie ruim opgezette kamers. Wij zijn er een nachtje geweest als overnachting op doorreis, was perfect.

Une parfaite étape pour notre première nuit en arrivant tout juste de l'aéroport

L'accès à la plage, les deux chambres côtes à côtes, la disponibilité du patron de l'établissement

Cons:

Le service du restaurant, l'anglais approximatif du personnel, la proximité et le bruit de la ligne de chemin de fer, le frigo qui fait trop de bruit, la porte qui fermait difficilement.

Pros:

The staff was great, really made us feel appreciated. Breakfast was great too. Pool area was clean, staff even gave our son inflatable toys. We felt comfortable at this hotel!

Pros:

Удачное расположение, чистый пляж, вежливый персонал. Очень порадовали плавающие разноцветные рыбки на территории. С удовольствием остановлюсь еще раз в этом отеле.

Cons:

В соседнем отеле идет ремонт, работает болгарка весь день, очень шумно на всей территории.
В номере сильно шумит холодильник, выключала на ночь.
Жалюзи на окнах плохо регулируются, держаться на тоненьких веревочках.

Did Not Check In
Pros:

I did not check in to the hotel for my stay as the facilities were not as advertised and I was to be the only guest.
The garden view room overlooked a rooftop
There is no Bar facility
The beach is fenced off
A shame as with some care it could be a nice place
To be fair the gentleman on reception handled my cancellation with grace and I was not charged.

Overall, the stay was okay, with some nice features but also a few areas that need improvement.
Pros:

1. There was a fish pond along the corridor (the walking path from the entrance to the room), which was very nice and relaxing to watch.
2. We had to ask for the Wi-Fi password, but once we received it, the connection was strong. The TV in the room could also connect to YouTube, which was a great feature.
3. The staff were friendly and polite, and always had a pleasant attitude.

Cons:

1. The room floor felt sticky underfoot, which was unpleasant.
2. There was not much variety in the breakfast buffet.
3. Our room door was quite old and made a loud noise when closing, which was uncomfortable and disruptive.
4. There were no floor mats in the bathroom. Also, although the room had a kettle and coffee, there were no spoons provided.

Заплатили мы за номер с завтраком.Помимо завтрака мы заказывали ланч,так в ланч включили стоимость 11% налога,показав новое меню в день расчета.
