Relaxing and accommodating
Pros:

Lovely staff and wonderful facilities. Very clean and awesome swimming pools. The WhatsApp concierge feature was wonderful and every request was met within minutes (restaurant bookings, spa bookings, private car transfers). I will definitely visit again!

The drink on arrival in the garden was a nice touch, especially liked relaxing by both pools, and the breakfast was very good

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and had a fantastic time.

The hotel is lovely but what really makes it are the staff.

From the first moment we walked through the door the team at the Can Bordoy were super friendly, engaging and dedicated. Every member of staff went that extra mile to make our anniversary trip a memorable one. The hotel itself is comfortable and stylish and the food and drink was nothing short of world class. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place for that special occasion. We will return.

Highly recommend Hotel Can Bordoy. This was an unbelievable stay.

The facilities are absolutely beautiful, and the hotel located conveniently. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have traveled all over the world, and the customer service at this hotel is unbeatable. (Our flight out was cancelled due to weather and Jesús and Miguel helped us with every step of the way getting to Barcelona by boat.) Plus help with restaurant recommendations, reservations, taxis, booking a car to drive around the island—comes right to the hotel and drop off is the same.
