Of people looking after you . And the spa for 2 experience is very unique

Cons:

Nothing - but plan your entry to the property it’s in a no entry area in Palma so if y ok u go by car, let the staff know in advance

Absolutely luxurious and very comfortable stay, exceeded all expectations!
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are really thoughtful and caring an go out of their way to be helpful, we felt thoroughly spoilt ! The location is central but still very quiet for a lovely nights sleep !

Cons:

The hot tub was not operating the first three days we were there so we could only enjoy it for one day, which was a shame.

Relaxing and accommodating
Pros:

Lovely staff and wonderful facilities. Very clean and awesome swimming pools. The WhatsApp concierge feature was wonderful and every request was met within minutes (restaurant bookings, spa bookings, private car transfers). I will definitely visit again!

Pros:

Beautiful peaceful hotel with lovely staff

Cons:

The drink on arrival in the garden was a nice touch, especially liked relaxing by both pools, and the breakfast was very good

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday and had a fantastic time.

The hotel is lovely but what really makes it are the staff.
