La habitación estaba muy cuidadosa y originalmente diseñada, te sentías muy especial en ella, con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginarte y más. La ubicación es inmejorable, resulta fácil acceder en coche y dar un paseo por el centro.

Of people looking after you . And the spa for 2 experience is very unique

Nothing - but plan your entry to the property it’s in a no entry area in Palma so if y ok u go by car, let the staff know in advance

Absolutely luxurious and very comfortable stay, exceeded all expectations!
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are really thoughtful and caring an go out of their way to be helpful, we felt thoroughly spoilt ! The location is central but still very quiet for a lovely nights sleep !

Cons:

The hot tub was not operating the first three days we were there so we could only enjoy it for one day, which was a shame.

Relaxing and accommodating
Pros:

Lovely staff and wonderful facilities. Very clean and awesome swimming pools. The WhatsApp concierge feature was wonderful and every request was met within minutes (restaurant bookings, spa bookings, private car transfers). I will definitely visit again!
