Pros:

Der Self- Check-in war einfach

Cons:

Kalt, abgewohnt, ungemütlich, nicht sehr sauber, lose Kabel, freie Rohre. Frühstück dürftig, es war kein Ei mehr da, die Marmelade verschlimmelt.

le grand lit était confortable, beaucoup d'espaces, parking juste devant la porte de l'appartement

nous n'avons pas eu de lit bébé, le divant lit était sale, un trou de cigarette en plein milieu, des poils de chats, une griffe de chat, l'odeur des couverture laisse à désirer, nous avons du dormir à 4 dans le lit de 2 personnes.
beaucoup d'équipement électrique rafistoler avec du papier collant, le pomeau de douche est percé, la seule chaise dans 'lappartement a des griffes de chats, nous avons retrouvé une litière pour chat, des médicaments dans un tirroir, un opinel de poche, c'est vraiment l'appartement du consière qu'il loue aux heure perdues .....

Es wird renoviert...hatte aber keine Auswirkung auf unser Zimmer. Keine Geräusche, kein Dreck...waren aber auch nach Feierabend dort und vor der Arbeit wieder weg...

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel in Siegen and it exceeded every expectation. Spotless, fast service, flawless communication, and a room prepared for pure comfort. Secure parking right at the main entrance. Perfect for anyone arriving with a fast car.

If you want to rest in Siegen with absolute confidence, this is a great place.

And above all: the front-desk lady set the tone the moment I spoke with her. The calm confidence made me feel instantly safe and completely assured.

das Zimmer erfüllt seinen Zweck
Pros:

das Personal war sehr, sehr nett, hat auf uns gewartet ob wohl die Zeit zum check in vorbei war. Das Zimmer war OK für unseren Zweck, Frühstück war ausreichend, Lage war ok.

Bauarbeiten im Gebäude, dadurch Dreck. Keine Information vor Anreise bekommen, Rezeption nicht besetzt. Musste telefonisch vor Ort alles erfragt werden.
Lärm nachts, da über den Gästezimmern Jugendliche wohnen.
Keine Lüftung im Bad, kein Kompfort.
Bett war okay.
Keine Rollos oder Gardinen an dem Fenster.
Frühstück so la la. Keine Auswahl für 12€.

Für Kurzaufenthalt in renovierten Zimmern geeignet
Pros:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Es stellte sich dann heraus, das ein Zimmer wohl neu renoviert war, das andere aber nicht, sodass wir mit div. Problemen (Dusche etc) zurecht kommen mussten. Die Betten waren recht bequem. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Die Lage ist oben auf dem Rosterberg, Busverbindungen in die Stadt sind recht gut.

Cons:

Das Einchecken verlief etwas problematisch, da niemand vor Ort war und wir uns erst tel. durchhangeln mußten. Das Gebäude wird wohl noch renoviert, im Treppenhaus riecht es sehr muffig und verraucht. Hoffen wir mal, dass sich das nach der Renovierung ändert. Parkplatz ist auch nicht optimal gelöst.

Very nice trip
Pros:

The receptionist was very lovely, very friendly, and communicated very well in English because I can't speak German. They were very helpful and helpful. I will definitely go back. It's worth the money.
