Viel Komfort, netter Empfang. Top Frühstück.
Pros:

Top Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl und schöner Platz zum Sitzen.
Sauna (1x Dampf und 1x klassisch), kleiner Pool mit Whirlpool waren top.
Personal war super-freundlich, hilfsbereit und unproblematisch.
Schöner Ausblick aus dem Zimmer.
Wir haben Fahrräder frei zur Verfügung erhalten, Reifen waren auch aufgepumpt, haben funktioniert.

Cons:

Brummen in der Nacht - wahrscheinlich die Lüftung/Heizung.
Warum gibt es im Bad nicht 4 oder mehr Aufhänge-Möglichkeiten (Kleiderhaken) für irgendwelche Kleidung, Handtücher etc.? Dies ist so einfach und kostet nichts. So muss man die Sachen irgendwo ablegen und... eigentlich weiß man nicht wo.
Fahrräder waren ohne Aktivlicht, nur Reflektoren, im Dunkeln damit kritisch.

Modern und neuwertig, freundliches Personal.
Spa muss reserviert werden, aber dafür sind dann nur vier Personen gleichzeitig im Spa und das ist top.

Super posto!
Pros:

Colazione eccezionale, abbondante, internazionale e aveva veramente tutto!
La struttura é praticamente nuova e ben tenuta, pulita e organizzata.
I servizi Spa, bicicletta, solarium sono stati più che graditi e soddisfacenti!

Cons:

L'unica pecca che posso trovare a questo weekend fantastico é l'orario di check-out, ovvero le ore 10. Avrei preferito almeno 10.30-11.

Abbiamo comunicato all'hotel nei giorni precedenti al nostro arrivo che mia moglie non può mangiare né glutine né lattosio. Ci è stato risposto tramite Booking che non c'erano problemi e avrebbero provveduto a organizzare la colazione. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo ricordato la richiesta alla reception che ha confermato la disponibilità. A colazione sono tuttavia stati proposti prodotti non idonei e il personale di sala, alzando il tono di voce, ha prima insistito, cercando di propinare prodotti contenenti glutine e lattosio, spacciandoli per adeguati. Successivamente ha consigliato di mangiare...frutta e uova che sono "senza glutine e senza lattosio". Siamo stati in decine di hotel negli ultimi anni, da un 4 Stelle un atteggiamento così poco professionale su un tema legato alla salute sinceramente non lo abbiamo mai incontrato. Se c'avessero detto che non erano disponibili soluzioni non ci sarebbe stato problema e ci saremmo organizzati autonomamente, ma mostrarsi 'leggeri' su un tema così importante non è professionale.
