Very unprofessional and low standard
Pros:

Booking was cancelled without any intimation. I had to look for another accommodation at the middle of the night. Very unprofessional. No respect for customers convenience.

Air conditioning was faulty and worked for less than 50 percent of the stay. There was no toilet supplies like bathing soap and shampoo. TV was only having free to air channels. Overall a very much below average property.

This property do serve well cleaned rooms and proper room service and it is also wheel chair accessable with Lift facility. My Family did loved the stay here. Staff was cooperative did guide us well about main location at Ujjain and the Restaurant is also serve very Traditional original taste of Malwa food.

The Property located at prime location at centre of city which was helpful for us to visit Mahakaleshwar Temple, Kal Bhairav, Railway Station and I got parking easily available. Staff are also cooperative and room service was good. The Restaurant is also very traditional and provides delicious Food.
