Quarto apresentou problemas no ar condicionado e se fez necessário mudar de quarto. No segundo quarto não tínhamos a configuração de camas solicitada. Houve demora na resolução dos problemas.

Hotel com linda decoração, confortável, bem localizado, proximo à um supermercado Pão de Açúcar com farmacia, lavanderia, etc. Equipe foi muito atenciosa na recepção, restaurante, café da manhã gostoso e variado. Piscina e Jacuzzi maravilhosas.

Uma experiência ótima
Pros:

Desde o checkin até o checkout, todas as experiencias no Hotel foram incríveis. A área de piscina é muito boa, o quarto que ficamos é muito confortável e o chuveiro melhor ainda. Já o café da manhã é muito completo, acredito que atende todos os paladares com uma comida muito saborosa. Todos os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos e respeitosos, o que realmente faz toda a diferença.
