Terrible staff. Offered little help when I mentioned I had back problems and needed to change the mattress. And made me wait 10 minutes for checkout due to the fact that the cleaning crew needs to check the room before letting the customer go. Need to improve the hospitality ASAP

O hotel tem estacionamento, porém, cobram 60 reais por dia, na recepção é uma gruta com um cheiro horrivel, e sem circulação de ar, para a entra do \Hotel temos que ficar na rua, pois não tem um recuo para deixar as ,malas, o cheiro de mofo é insuportavel( sem circulação de ar), sou alergica! A piscina é em volta de dois paredões, não bate nem um sol, estava chovendo, não tinha espaço na recepção, e na parte de dentro não tem espaço para se guardar da chuva, quando chegamos o portão do estacionamento tinha caído, sem manutenção!! Para o café da manha, para chegar no local tem que ir na chuva, pois não tem cobertura na passagem!

A roupa de cama é muito fraca. A coberta estava furada, os travesseiros não são bons, os lençóis muito finos e as toalhas asperas. Além disso o vaso estava com um probleminha na descarga.

Maravilhosa.
Pros:

Gostei bastante do atendimento, especialmente do Jonatan que fica no restaurante. Excelente funcionário.

Cons:

Não gostei da acústica dos quartos. Eu não estava me sentindo bem e dormi mal cm o barulho, mas acredito q se estivesse melhor, não incomodaria tanto.
