Custo-beneficio ok.
Pros:

O custo-beneficio até que compensa. Mas alguns itens deixam muito a desejar: ar condicionado extremamente barulhento; guardaroupas velhos e com cheiro forye de mofo; fogão elétrico em local desconfortável e perigoso para uso. Fora isso o flat é espaçoso, sofá e cama confortáveis, tv a cabo e internet ok e localização muito boa. Janelas em posição privilegiada para a brisa(mais para ventania).

AS FOTO NO HOTEIS.COM ESTÁ COMO SE O APARTAMENTO FOSSE NOVO E/OU REFORMADO, O QUE NÃO É VERDADE. ARMARIOS E PORTAS JÁ DESGASTADO PELO TEMPO SEM REFORMA, O VIDRO DO BOX DO BANHEIRO NÃO TINHAM ROLDANAS O VIDRO DESPENCOU E SÓ NO DIA SEGUINTE FORAM ARRUMAR. APARTAMENTO CHEIRANDO A MOFO, LIUMPEZA PRECÁRIA.
