Lit confortable , chambre fonctionnelle réservée à la dernière minute suite à une galère. Service client réactif.

Cons:

Très bruyant du moins pour la chambre au rdv à l’angle d’une rue très passante.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z tego miejsca.
Pros:

Czystość, przygotowanie pokoju, obecność grzejnika. No i wreszcie obecnosć i wyposażenie kuchni. Podoba mi się też, że jak jest podany nr. telefonu, to natychmiast ktoś odpowiada.

Cons:

Nie podobał mi się proces zamówienia miejsca, mało precyzyjne listy, ktore dostawałem. I jak juź wszedłem do domu (a kod był wysłany wcześniej i to bylo OK), nie wiedziałem gdzie mam szukać mojego klucza. Tj. nie znałem ani numeru skrzynki z kluczami, ani kodu do skrzynki. Zadzwoniłem na podany numer i dowiedziałem się, że właśnie w tej chwili wysłane zostały te dane. Ale ja przedtem, przez 15 minut, już sprawdzałem wszystkie skrzynki i jakiś kod, który w tych wielu listach się znalazł; oczywiście na próżno.

n’y allez JAMAIS !!!! Nous avons attendu 1h avant de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre , car le personnel ne répondait pas au téléphone pour nous donner le code d’accès. De plus , l’alarme incendie n’a pas arrêter de sonner pendant plus d’une heure et lorsque nous avons appelé le service client ils nous ont accusé de l’avoir déclenché pour ensuite nous raccrocher au nez. La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas et il y a un trou dans le mur camoufler avec une feuille lignée. L’odeur dans les couloirs est nauséabonde et celle de la chambre pue le renfermé. L’insonorisation est médiocre on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans la rue ainsi que dans les chambres voisines. Bref a fuir

Uno de los días, al hacer la limpieza de la habitación se dejaron la puerta abierta. Cuando llegamos a la habitación por la noche estaba la habitación abierta

Nothing

Cons:

1-Central heating did not work. They had left a small heater which took 4 hours to warm the room.
2-thin walls. You could hear every movement of other guests
3-water was warm but no hot! So even showering was not nice.
4-many facilities and amenities lacking and the one they had were breaking apart
