Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulizia e facilità check-in e posizione agevole per il centro e dalla stazione dei treni

Ok room at a reasonable price, but very insufficient communication possibilities.

Sehr gute Lage, saubere Zimmer, perfekt, um Leiven zu erkunden.

Cons:

Very Bad Communication policies, messages came late or never. I was repeatedly reminded to send a picture of my ID. I did, but still got reminding emails before I got my code 15 minutes before arrival. Trying to prolong for another night was very complicated as far as payment was concerned.

In principe waren er faciliteiten prima Ik kon gratis een kopje koffie of thee zetten in de ochtend Er was een goede douche en wc en het was schoon.

​Mijn verblijf viel helaas tegen door twee specifieke punten. Ten eerste de enorme stroom aan e-mails: ik heb zeker 15 berichten ontvangen van zowel Booking als de verhuurder, inclusief eindeloze herhalingen over het legitimatiebewijs. Ten tweede liet het slaapcomfort te wensen over. Het synthetische beddengoed en de plastic onderlakens maakten het 's nachts extreem warm en onprettig.

Pros:

bon rapport qualité prix mais malheureusement nous avions les chambres proches de la cuisine et l'odeur de la nourriture qui rentrait dans la chambre n'était pas très agréable. Sinon les chambre étaient très propres mais mettre un sèche cheveux dans les chambres ça ne serait pas du luxe.
