The room was very clean, and surprisingly very quiet for being on the first floor close to the lobby. I didn't hear much of any foot traffic or people next to me. The breakfast was good and the staff seemed nice.
I didn't have enough time during my stay to be able to use the extra amenities on sight, but I know I'll be back this year to book again.
I also really loved the sun blocking shade on the window, that was perfect and kept the room dark the way I like. I wasn't sure if that was something I could pull up, but I'm sure if someone wanted to, they could ask the front desk if that was a possibility.
They didn't carry razors, I would say that's the only thing. But considering that's the only thing I wished they had, that says a lot lol.
Front desk was amazing and so helpful with helping me on a hard day. So sweet to my kids and got me checked in speedy and helped me calm down after a day of hell
Really nothing even if I didn't like something I wouldn't say anything cause customer service was above and beyond!!!!
Location was great for back to school shopping. The staff was super friendly and we were able to check in early which was a wonderful accommodation.
Our room faced the interstate so traffic was noisy. We were also unaware of the ongoing truck show and that it would carry over to the parking lot of the hotel. The flashing lights and revving engines was a bit annoying.
It’s a clean & well kept place.
The staff on the other hand; ignored me. Didn’t speak with me & treated me like crap. Said “I need to call & check on your room” proceeded to type for a couple mins. Asked if she’s busy at the moment I’ll run to the restroom, she stared at me and said I’m checking on your room. It was just poor staff at the front desk. One was in work out clothes & was making the front desk smell like BO real bad just bad overall
Staff were great, bed was comfortable, clean and good breakfast.
The road noise was so loud. I can usually sleep through almost anything, but it was awful. Seriously should consider just removing the windows, soundproofing and putting in a tv screen that displays scenic pictures.
The mattress was so comfortable. I slept better than I have in a long time. The staff were amazing.
Navigating the roads around there was interesting.
The breakfast was phenomenal, staff was super friendly, and the room was super clean.

Main reason for the stay was Medical appointments and it was easy to get a last minute reservation.
In the bathroom the towel bar is directly above the toilet paper roll holder so water from wet hand drips on the toilet paper. The toilet paper roll should not be under the towel bar.
