The televisions alway lack clarity and T.V. channels were very limited. The I.T. person was excellent. He always went above and beyond to correct technical issues, even when off duty.

The windows in the studio one bedroom on the 3rd fl is alway broken in a sense that some windows are incapable of closing. This is sad because the air-conditioning has to work twice as hard to cool studio apartment. The lamps near the bed was just decoration because there was no where to plug them in.

The second swimming pool is still out of order and not all gym equipment were fully functional. Gym equipment needs upgrade.

This place is a nightmare. They really do not care how wretched they are, especially if they already have your money. Pools emptied, missing glass in bathroom windows, broken showers that shoot water all over the walls, missing shower doors, one towel per room no matter how many are registered, call for maintenance or help with water on floors and they say theyre coming but never show up. Some toilets have no seats, no toilet paper, broken bathroom door by bar. The free breakfast for one is nasty. A spoon of eggs, a spoon of can beans and some sliced bread. People in jail eat better. Theres rats running out by the pool bar. So many flies that you cant sit out and have a snack. The mattresses are very thin, cheap metal spring that hurt you to lay on. Our room had mold and water damage all over the wall next to a/c. Theres no a/c at check in. We had reservations 6 weeks in advance and paid up front. They didnt have our booking, they said. Then made us wait 2 hours in the newer building down the rocky road. Horrible service! Horrible food! The only good thing is that it is 5 minutes to the airport. Save yourself & take taxi to any other hotel. The girls that work there have no training, no customer service skills. The pictures are deceiving.

GOOD afternoon all: This hotel was like my absolute worst nightmare in my life. Imagine booking into this hotel in the middle of the night only to find out that your toilet didnt have any Covers! Nowhere in my room was clean! The bedsheets and pillow cases were filthy The room was filled with buzzing mosquitos. I booked two nights and I had to leave after one night. This ho. Someone needs to look into this. These hotel is absolutely below standard. !

Spent just 2nights. Night one no hot water so was moved to another room. No WiFi all through my stay.
Hand & bathing soap too miniature.
Toilet seat can’t close. Toilet roll too strong.

Food & services excellent. Staff very polite.

My stay, 7/10. Front desk employees were kind and knowledgeable, The Food from the restaurant was good, rooms are spacious. Be careful because Staff will try to take advantage of you.

It was close by the airport so very useful. The shuttle was 8000 nairas and not 3000.

Reservation was for Deluxe room, but given a room much below Deluxe.Took an hour to rectify. Missing shower door, limited hot water for shower, very limited dining options and menu definitely not as advertised. Gym not air conditioned. Staff would not give extra towel for pool use.

fait partie des deux seuls hôtels à moins de 10km de l'aéroport.
n'accepte pas les cartes autres que nigériane, il m'a fallu 45 min d'énervement et 6 personnes de l’hôtel pour que quelqu'un trouve un TPE qui accepte ma carte, tout ça pour payer un club sandwich au poulet à 3€ ... du coup je n'ai pas mangé le lendemain soir pour ne pas avoir à me battre encore une fois pour payer.
15 litres d'eau chaude, il faut être rapide.
coupure de courant répétitives (ça a la limite on s’habitue)
prises de courant limités en nombre
et j'avais pris une suite ...
je me contente de peu dans mes hôtels de déplacements pro, mais là je le trouve très limite pour un hôtel proche d'un aéroport international.

mis à part ça, le personnel de chambre est très agréable et serviable, mais je n'y retournerai pas

I have stayed at this property before. I love the changes they have made far as dining and the grounds to the hotel. I wished they had mixed drinks and better mattresses. The staff there is very professional and helpful. Would definitely stay there again when I return to Abuja.

This hotel is in dire need of refurbishment.

Quite a nice experience

Very close to airport..about a 5-7 min drive.
Check in was 2 hours late... nothing given to compensate..i.e. drink or snack.
1 water regular water bottle given in the room for 2 people. Have to pay for extra if you want water. Breakfast options limited. Was out of 3 items ...no substitutions were given.
Outdoor pool...nice. Staff friendly -food good. Beers were cold. Getting ice was a problem.
