Cons:

Unfortunately unless you booked to have a meal in the restaurant there was no other option to have food. As we had eaten before arriving we didn't want the 4 course meal ., the staff however were exceptional and got me a sandwich when I explained i was diabetic and had to have something.😃

Great views and facilities
Pros:

Our Room, view from it and staff were fantastic! Fab location to explore this part of the coast, beautiful surroundings. Evening dinner was delicious and very affordable for 4 courses.

Cons:

The only thing missing was hairdryer in the room, but not a big deal since we stayed only one night.
Also breakfast menu could have a few more options and offer some veggies, and hollandaise sauce maybe to make eggs Benedict instead of just poached egg with salmon/ham on a plate.

Pros:

A real find. All lovely. Food delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, efficient and professional.The views were stunning, very short walk to huge beautiful sandy beach. This hotel is very special.

Peaceful, relaxing and friendly stay
Pros:

Such a lovely atmosphere, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and really helpful. Dinner was delicious and great value for 4 courses. Breakfast was fantastic. A really relaxing place to be, and a lovely walk down to the beach. Easy walk into town. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Honestly we just had a wonderful time - thanks to everyone for making our stay so nice.

Comfortable and accommodating night away.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and a great choice, perfect start to a day of work. Beautiful views. Rooms clean, spacious enough and with everything you need, including tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Lovely walk either across to the beach or down to the shops/restaurants, I only went down in the evening to find somewhere to eat. Many places were actually full due to there being a pantomime performance on that evening. Finally found the little gem Harbour Kitchen (I think that is correct) who managed to accommodate us. I'm sure the dinner at the hotel would have been lovely, but we didn't need four courses.

Cons:

Slightly too warm for sleeping, but there may have been a way of turning the heat down, I just didn't really look.

Pros:

The customer service was beyond excellent. The views from the lounge and dining room are fantastic.

Cons:

My room said "garden view" but all I got was 2 tiled roofs. The shower was very compact, if I turned around, my nose was 2 inches away from the glass. (I'm 14 stone, so not huge)

A pleasure to stay overall.
Pros:

breakfast was lovely. great family feel to the hotel, lots of lounge space to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset! location was amazing.

Cons:

the swimming pool was a bit dated, small and fairly cold. feel it could do with an upgrade to match the hotel's enviable location and general facilities. bedroom was a bit dated in decor, but was very comfortable.
