Location and views
Garden furniture cushions dirty and untidy. Couldn’t order drinks outside - had to go inside to the bar or reception. An antiquated system in the dining room in terms of paper layout of tables and took ages for staff to locate my table.
The views and breakfast. It is also quiet.
Price and hotel is starting to look tired.
A modern hotel with an old world charm. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Great facilities and a short walk to the beach. Dogs are welcome in certain parts of the hotel including the bedroom.
We didn’t have the evening meal, although the smell and look seemed delicious.
It would have been nice to have a dedicated dog walk away from relaxing guest or having to walk to the beach over the road.
Good breakfast and excellent location. Friendly staff and room was just right.
The door closer on the balcony door wouldn't allow us to keep the door open.

No evening entertainment, no easy walks with sea out of reach to older people

Room was small
Lovely location with fantastic staff and the food was excellent.
Rooms didn’t have air con but staff were very obliging and ensured there were fans in every room during the recent heatwave
Everything about the place was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to other people. Have to mentioned the amazing staff and especially the receptionist Michelle I think, was really kind and welcoming.
I didn’t like that we had to leave the place and couldn’t stay there forever!

At 55 we were the youngest people there and the average age was 75 I’d say…
The lamb was outstanding but other than that the rest of the food was more like a residential home menu., we were offered bread to start with is usually a roll but it was half a slice, the pate was warm, the scrambled egg at breakfast was wet and very sweet as though it was made with protein powder added and no speciality coffees, just filter.
No glasses for the water in the rooms and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Very poor value for money for the price charged

We always have a sea view room with a balcony..Honestly it is so worth the extra and even if the weather is bad the big windows with the armchairs mean you can still appreciate the views!
Menu changes daily and always too much food!!
Staff are very friendly..cleaners always on hand keeping comunal areas spotless.
