Very bad experience , very bad reception , very bad room service arguing in the phone when simply asking to provide something to the room wish suppose to be their in general im not recommending this hotel to nobody .
Im very very disappointed and again will never recommend this hotel to no one

The bedsheets and duvets were already stained but we didn’t complain. However when I checked out, we left a small stain on the bedsheet. The hotel receptionist told us to wait to check and room and then told us it was okay to leave.

After few mins the hotel keeps calling multiple times to come back and sign the check out form which we were not informed about as they told us it’s already good to go.

Then they kept calling again and again and finally said we had to pay for the stain on the bedsheet. Which is fine with me because I can afford to pay for a replacement bedsheet.

The receptionist charged 220 aed for the stain which was unreasonable because it only cost around 30-40 aed for a bedsheet. He also threaten us that he will send the pictures to my company if we do not pay which I couldn’t believe that he was blackmailing us for just a small stain.

I also tried to contact the manager but the receptionist said the manager was not on duty so he was acting on his own without the supervision of the manager which is unprofessional.

My husband booked a hotel for one night; from the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. There was no parking available, which was incredibly inconvenient. During check-in, the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. When we finally got to our room, it was a complete disappointment. The room was not clean, with visible stains on the sofa, and the overall ambiance felt eerie, almost like a haunted house. The service was terrible, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. We will never stay here again.

Its my second time here in this hotel , when my first time here was smooth and i had a good room , all was completely okay , when i was check in yesterday , Shafi Receptionist isn't approachable , accomodating and has a fake alibis etc. washroom is surrounded by yellow stains , i can't even lay down on my bed because the room has a unbothered fragrance that coming nowhere , smelly dusty and old . i am having now a runny nose and cough and i feel not good . i am only in my single couch , house keeping staffs are quickly responsive .

Toiletries are not available not even a single tissue. There was only 1 towel and called the reception couple of times to send one more and bathroom tissue but not a single one came. WiFi is very poor can't even watch a single video without logging. Trash bins doesn't even have trash bag. Not recommending this hotel at all.

we paid for 2 rooms through shipping and at the reception they wanted to give us only one room. They said that Expedia paid them only one room. They kept us for 3 hours, until 12PM at the reception!the air conditioning in the rooms was broken and it was very cold! I had no hot water! so I paid for 2 cold rooms, without water, and in which I could only stay for 6 hours. Very disappointed!!!!

Never ever come here!
It all starts from front office agents, so rude and lack of hospitality. We only came to rest before our transit flight, just several hours to spend in abu dhabi, but this hotel ruined all. I asked for towels which are not placed in the room, they never brought. After 4-5 hours I could finally connect with front office again and asked the tolwels, the answer is simple it’s coming i informed housekeeping. I called back after 10 minutes and finally they send 2 bathrobes, and poor housekeeping guy saying that they don’t have a towel at all at the hotel, they ran out of the stock this night. What a shame!
If you really planning not to ruin your any trip PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

Pas de prise de courant europe. Evier bouché. 1 seule serviette de toilette. 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette. Sol chambre sale. Sol cassé. Miroir sale. Pas de wifi. Personnel pas aimable

L'hôtel est sale. Aucun équipement n'etait disponible.

The receptionist is not friendly at all and doesn't even greet people or smile. The curtains in the room were so dirty and looks like they were never cleaned since they were bought. Also the furniture has dust,plus cockroaches in the room. Do not book unless you are desperate for a place to sleep.

The Hotel wasn't able to find and verify the booking right away. Even after providing a confirmation number, the reception was able to complete the check-in process more than 30 minutes.

The room was okay. No ashtrays, No towels, 1 Cup to make Coffee or Tea, but the kettle needs to be requested.

Room service is poor. I have stayed for 3 nights, but I still have to call the reception to follow-up with requests.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking aswell.

Please guys try to inform those unprofessional front office team to be more nice with the guest. They are not helping and they don't have ability and experience to deal with the guest at all i really feel guilty that i come here.

I went here to the hotel I liked the food and the guys in the house kipping. But there is some one his name is (waled) from the reception (front office) he has very bad atitude. And he treat the guests like he is the general manager or the owner. And he look at our girl friends by bad way. So please filter your staff. Thanks and spicial thanks for the restaurant guys...

This is the worst hotel we ever stayed in Abu Dhabi because of unfriendly staff, the rooms were dirty in terms of their facility and amenity. Cockroaches roaming around... elevator is very loud.... it is very noisy in the room.... will never advise anyone to stay in this bad hotel.

First of all the customer service representative said that there is no available room to anyone then after i insist to get the room he accepted although he didn't make any search on his computer , another guest was complaining at the same time that his room was very dirty , i found no good services there even when you need any drink or food the customer service representative said only one word NO NO NO

Ideal location for ease of access to all main nodes in the city Centre and out to the freeway.

The hotel however does need a big touch-up. Friendly staff and the awesome service from Tarranum with her infectious smile, offer that silver lining to the sometimes dark cloud experience that excess noise and free and liberal cigarette smoking that occur.

This lady from reception very bad attitude and so arrogant. She call for check what time check out i asked her till 2 she is laying and she said system will charge you by him self what make me angry her baaaaaad attitude and her answer and she act like im stupid and i can't understand what's going on... im Front office manger in another hotel and i know the system.. i suppose ask about her name but its enough for you guys to know how bad this lady is and she is not allow to work in customer service at all
