Gefallen hat uns das nette Personal bzw. familiäre Umfeld und späte Check-in Möglichkeit ca. 21:30

Wir waren zu 6 ( 3 Kinder/ 3 Erwachsene)
Am Telefon hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass ein 4 Bett Zimmer in der 3. Etage und Doppel Zimmer im Dachgeschosse 4. Etage reserviert wurde. Als wir ankamen hiess es, dass die beiden Zimmer nur noch im Dachgeschoss mit Klimaanlage verfügbar sei, jedoch ohne Aufzug!!!!
Wir wollten nicht im Dachgeschoss, dann haben wir 2 Zimmer im 3. OG bekommen wie angekündigt ohne Klimaanlagen.
Man hat dann noch zerfranste alte Decken mitgegeben. Die Kissen waren ok aber die Bettlaken und Decke haben Juckreiz bei uns verursacht.

Frühstück war absolut nicht akzeptabel, ausser Heissgetränke die persönlich nett bereitgestellt wurden.
Das Brot das zum Service angeboten wurden, war sehr trocken und hart (definitiv nicht Frisch).
Auf Verlangen wurden dünnere Scheiben
Mit selben Härte angeboten.
Dafür wurde pro Person frisches Croissant auf Wunsch bereitgestellt, die man selber mit Marmelade oder Schokolade bestreichen konnte.
Es gab neben gekochtem Ei nur eine Sorte Käse und Wurst/ Salami.
Obst und Joghurt wurde auch angeboten.

Um das Frühstück als "gutes Frühstück" zu beschreiben/ definieren habe viele Sachen und die Frische gefehlt.
Viele Sachen waren abgepackt frisch aus dem Discounter in billig und ungesund Form.
Positiv: Es gab Angebot ein Kuchenstücken.

Veľmi príjemný personál, rodinná atmosféra, ochota, bohaté raňajky s chutnými čerstvými croisantmi.

Cons:

Bolo vidieť, že hotel je už straší, sprchový kút bol zanedbaný. Napriek tomu bola čistota na výbornej úrovni.
