Pros:

The property was in very good shape, the cafe had great coffee and other drinks with a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable with a touch of class.

Unfortunately our bed had some pretty gross stains on the sheets and there wasn't actually a blanket on the beds like we are used to, just thin sheets, it might not be an issue for some. The breakfast was cold and quite unpleasant but we ate it anyways because there is a lack of restaurants in the area. The worst part of our stay was the traffic noise; large trucks drive by all night and hit a bump creating quite a racket but the worst comes at about 6am when traffic gets heavier and everyone starts honking their horns at least every couple minutes. We wish we would have asked to stay on the far side of the hotel or had been provided with ear plugs at the very least.

We may be a bit spoiled but I just wanted to point out the reality of staying here. In short, ear plugs, clean sheets, better breakfast and an option for a lunch/dinner meal would have warranted a much better review.

Great hotel, good price
Pros:

I was passing through on my way to Ninh Binh, and decided to break up the drive and stay here one night. Nice hotel, great price. Staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Breakfast was good, nothing special but plenty of options. The location is good, not a big city but everything is nearby. Can easily walk from the hotel and just wander around the town. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable, and wifi works. I would recommend this hotel.
