Over all it was great place to stay -just some confusion over payment. L:ocation was perfect

The apartment itself was really up to our expectations. The value for money was excellent, The only thing I found was that wasn't really organized correctly to get access to the apartment. We had a two bedroom apartment everything looked nice and clean location perfect

Cons:

The staff who ran the complex seem a bit dis organized. When we got there we were waiting for 20mins outside. They should of just giving the key code and told where the key was. We came on a Saturday ,the staff rang me the next day while we were out looking for money which I payed it through booking.com. They ended up taken another payment on the sunday which I never authorised ,BUT to be fair was returned on the Monday morning.

Although we only slept there it was awful beds not comfortable and bedding wasn’t clean

Non lo consiglio a nessuno, un incubo
Cons:

Host veramente maleducato, un ‘ora prima del check in ha inventato mille problemi per chissà quale motivo, alla fine ci siamo ritrovati a Tenerife senza un alloggio.
Non la consiglio a nessuno, poco seria e veramente maleducata nel trattare con i clienti.

This was shocking I cancelled straight away I was taken to a small studio with no windows just a wooden door that looked like we were walking into a cleaning cupboard. I could never have stayed there for 1 night never mind 2 weeks

Pros:

Very nice spacious apartment kept with care, nice seating outside. Great location in the very centre and near the beach yet still quiet during the night

Cons:

Communication with host was quite problematic. Firstly personal checkin was requested but nobody was needed as keys were prepared to be found anyway. But no instructions where to find them were provided. Credit card (instead of debit which I’ve used literally hundreds times before) was requested to be inserted into booking for deposit withdrawal despite it wasn’t necessary either. Deposit wasn’t mentioned during booking process if I am not mistaken but I was reading in hurry. Just be ready it will be requested.

Location is superb, you can hear ocean.
Pros:

Location is phenomenal, easy access in and out, with card.

Cons:

We didn’t have a working TV for the whole stay. Raised the issue a few times, has not been resolved.

Leider kam es nicht zum geplanten Aufenthalt da der Host unfassbar unfreundlich war. Ich habe mir dann spontan eine neue Unterkunft gesucht.
Leider gab es keine Check In Informationen vorab, als ich nach mehreren Versuchen endlich jemanden am Telefon hatte, war dieser direkt patzig und unfreundlich. Als er dann zum Check In kam - gab es keine Entschuldigung sondern der schroffe Umgangston blieb. Sogar als ich ihn darauf aufmerksam machte, dass er sehr unfreundlich sei und sein Ton unangemessen.
Die Situation spitzte sich so zu, dass ich das Ganze abgebrochen habe und da raus gelaufen bin.

Disappointing stay due to poor organization, unfriendly check-in, and unexpected extra charges

The location was great!

Cons:

The check-in process was unpleasant. The hotel has no permanent reception, and even though we agreed on a time, we still had to wait. The receptionist was late, unfriendly and not helpful.

We were unexpectedly asked to pay a €250 deposit, which was not mentioned on Booking and was much higher than the price of the stay.

In the room (1А), the bedside table and the shower holder were broken. The room was mostly clean, but there were small ants on the sink.

Wer nur gute Lage braucht und keinen Schlaf oke
Pros:

Lage war Super ist aber auch das einzige.

Cons:

Das Bett ist sehr schlecht und alt, zudem hat es keine Heizung und die Fenster sind nicht dicht man hört denn Wind die ganze Zeit.
