Nice small hotel in busy Kuta
Pros:

basic room, ground floor. good size and comfortable twin single beds. bathroom -good sized and clean . close to restaurants , cafes, shops. Provide clean drinking water outside of rooms. Coffee Tea faciliies. Good sized TV.
All staff are amazing.

Cons:

Bar fridge in rooms would be good. The laneway to the hotel from the street is paved,. Difficult to pull suitcases - better for light travellers and backpackers etc. Also the streets so narrow the poor Grab driver has to navigate with motorcyles all around looking for any nooks and crevices to overtake! Highly suggest being mindful of the size of car your are going to hire - better if small car. Or best travel very light, get off at Legian road and just walk the rest of the way!

Great value for great price
Pros:

The location was convenient. Lots of stores and restaurants around. The beach is close enough to walk to. The mall is close by. The tv works well and the wifi is good. The shower is great with hot water. There is also free water and an electric kettle to make hot water. The price is unbeatable in my opinion.

Cons:

The pictures I saw on booking.com had a refrigerator in the room. The room I got didn't have a refrigerator. The wallpaper is coming off on some parts of the walls and floor.

Not bad, but I don't think I'd go again.
Pros:

- Friendly staff overall.
- The style of the room is exactly like on pics
- The location is pretty good (you still usually have to use cab to reach things, but it's alright)
- The price "could be worse"
- The curtains isolate well from the light.

Cons:

- The sound isolation is terrible. You hear EVERYTHING outside, and there are a bunch of dogs who suddenly start barking all together every day. This was a problem.
- The water of the bidet spray smells horrible. Like a concentrate of fart, or sewers. This also was a problem.
- Bad internet. Some comments compliment the internet. Before my arrival, I asked the staff to check that it was alright. It wasn't. It was slow and unstable. This also was a problem.
- Despite the fact that the price was around the cheapest for the area (500€ / month), it's still very much a tourist price (like the whole city).
- The shower head is static (you can only rotate it a bit). You can't take it in your hand. It's inconvenient if you don't want to wash your hair. (it's manageable).
- A few ants. I tried to throw away the food remains / wrappers fast, but the ants come faster. Just a few though.

Pros:

Very good price, clean, and a water filter available 24 hours a day. It has a mini fridge in the room, a wardrobe, and a kettle. I highly recommend it for those who are on a budget.
