クレンジングや洗顔料など、フロント前で借りられるのが良かった。

壁紙が破れていたり、黄ばんでいたりして古さを感じるところは多々あった。

最高のおもてなしができるホテルです！！
Pros:

ホテルエアポート小松の良かった点は、おふたりのスタッフの対応が、とても親切で丁寧に対応して頂いた事です。
高齢の母と2人で、急遽予約しての宿泊でした。夜遅くのチェックインにも関わらず、不慣れな私達に丁寧に対応して頂きました。
フロントに電話をかけた際も、親切に対応して頂きました。
次の日の飛行機の時間に合わせて、チェックアウトを11:00にタクシーの予約もして頂きました。その際の説明も、とてもわかり易かったです。
予約時間の少し前にロビーで待っていると、お声がけもして頂き、バタバタする事なくホテルを後にする事ができました。
旅行で訪れたわけではなかったのでとても心が温かくなり、思い出に残るホテルになりました。
ホテルは、普通のビジネスホテルと変わりありませんが、素泊まりでもクロワッサンが置いてあり、大変助かりました。

なかなか利用する機会がありませんが、またの機会に是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。
