The facilities and the location. Unbelievably convenient.

Cons:

Not too much Japanese staff. It's not that I didn't like them or that they weren't nice, they were incredibly nice. It just felt less like Japan.

Pros:

非常美麗且適合滑雪的地方，雖然我們的樓層不夠高，但房間內可使用的設備以及舒適度相當好。好處是因為我們是住二樓，所以很容易去大浴場泡湯很方便，去一樓的雪具室領取裝備也很方便。房間內的廚房非常適合去山下買食物自己回來料理，相當方便。

We would definitely stay there again next season.
Pros:

Room is super spacious. Full facilities, we cooked every night after skiing. From hotel, u can walk around enjoy snow without suit.

Cons:

Bathroom light! I felt like shower in blind. No light. Central heater really killed us. We cant control anything but turn it off .

Pros:

All the food in the cafe was amazing. We loved the carrot cake, the teriyaki chicken roll, the pork katsu roll and the caramel matcha lattes. Kids also LOVED the soft serve ice creams. Buffet breakfast each morning in Kumo Restaurant was a delight and they were very accommdating with my shellfish and seafood allergies.

Ski valet was FABULOUS and very flexible and understanding. Quality of ski wear was fantastic and very comfortable and clean. So organised and efficient with ski in/out lift straight from the ski valet.

The general ambience, friendly and very helpful staff, attention to detail, there was nothing we didnt like. The size of the rooms were generous and they were clean and modern. The kitchens were well equipped with crockery, rice cooker, toaster, microwave oven, conventional oven, fridge and had large benchtops. The free onsens (public and private) within the hotel were also a special treat after skiing each day. Super convenient location with free buses into town if you wanted. Also super close to catch bus to Annapuri or Hanazono resorts if you wanted a change of scenery with your ski slopes. Would definitely come and stay again!!
