Wonderful and feel like home
Pros:

We stay at 2 bedroom suite and unit is well equipped and spacious. I am surprise it have Miele kitchen appliances. All rooms have full height windows looking at the amazing ski slope and Mt Yotei. And it has openable windows on the side to allow fresh air if you want to. The best feature I think is the bathrooms floor heating most.

Place is huge! 3 toilets for each room!
Washer and dryer was a plus point ! Comfortable living room. Place felt luxurious. Breakfast was good.

The best was one of their Concierge, Ms.
Tien Chong. SKYE Niseko is blessed to have such a dedicated employee. She has made our stay with family of 5 such a wonderful experience. She was detailed, welcoming, patience, informative and very dedicated to her work/profession.

Cons:

Take note that their house keeping service is daily but not full cleaning each day.

Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse et lumineuse, avec vue sur la montagne par une grande fenêtre, très bien insonorisée, avec une literie très confortable et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. TV avec accès à Netflix. Grande salle de bain à l’occidentale avec sol chauffé. Super buffet au petit déjeuner, occidental et japonais, même si nous attendions à des plats japonais plus raffinés. Onsen très agréable avec sauna, nous étions seuls à chaque fois durant notre séjour de trois nuits. Personnel aux petits soins, et efficace. Très bon emplacement aux pieds des pistes.

Cons:

Chambre un peu froide sans la climatisation, que nous voulions éviter de mettre. Pas de navette gratuite pour la gare de Kutchan, mais bus local à deux minutes. Restaurant très cher pour les prestations proposées. Bon rapport qualité prix uniquement si on est en hors saison. Beaucoup de touristes étrangers, hôtel très fréquenté, ce qui peut poser problème,mais le personnel s’assure d’accueillir tout le monde avec attention.

羊蹄山が目の前に大きく広がり、遮るものが何もなく、感動の景色でした！
朝ごはんは海鮮、ローストビーフなど質が高い！

Great hotel with excellent service
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed with excellent service and onsen and nice breakfast. The staffs came out to greet us as I drove to drop off my family and addressed me by the name. They even reserved a parking lot for me though I’ve made the request online which said it’s subjected to availability. The room is very spacious for the 3 of us. Wish we have booked another night
