素晴らしかったです。
Pros:

羊蹄山が美しかった。あまりにきれいなので部屋にいるだけで幸せだった
キッチンに必要なものが全てあった。お茶もコーヒーもおいしい。
入り口近くのフックや物を置けるスペースは何かと役に立ち、よく考えられていると思った。
延長コードやボードゲームを借りられて楽しめた
洗濯が無料で細かい決済不要で楽だった。洗濯機も清潔だった
シャワーがおしゃれ
シャンプーなども白樺樹液を使ったそうで良さげだった
朝食に作務衣で行って良いのが助かる。便利。
朝食の素材の質がとても高い。お米がとてもおいしい。海苔も黒々とした良い海苔。
スタッフはとても感じよく、とても協力的でいろいろ手伝ってくれた。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

良いところが良すぎて些細なことですが、

温泉の更衣室と、更衣室を出たところに除湿機を設置するといいと思います。風呂上がりが暑すぎました。
なお温泉自体は広くないけどとても良いです。

作務衣にポケットがないのでキーカードを無くしがち。ポケット１つで使い勝手がだいぶ変わりそうです。それ以外はいい作務衣でした！

Really wonderful and thank you manager for being a leader.
Pros:

When we first arrived we were put in a room with a direct view to construction. Not on. But the manager was wonderful in helping us get I to a better room, great view etc. we are grateful the experience was positive. I liked my niseko clothes so much I bought a set. A great place.

Cons:

The gym does not have any windows but equipment is excellent.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

Amazing hotel! The room was fantastically equipped with everything you could possibly need. The modern kitchen came fully stocked with all the utensils and thoughtful extras. There were two large, comfortable beds, and the spacious living area had plenty of comfortable seating along with a large TV.

The hotel itself was immaculate and had a grand, luxurious feel. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The onsen was fantastic, especially the private baths, which were a real highlight.

The staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Пожалуй, это лучший отель во всем мире! Я очень много путешествую, но такого уютного, комфортного и безупречного отеля не встречала. Шикарный номер, мы были с друзьями, три семьи, три спальни с общей гостиной. В каждой спальне свой санузел, душевые и ванная. Завтраки - отдельная история! Это то, ради чего сюда можно приехать! Онсен один из лучших из тех, которые мне удалось посетить за 10 лет путешествий по Японии! Обязательно вернемся как зимой, так и летом!

Awesome staff, room, breakfast, & location!!
Pros:

Perfect for our family of 6! Unit was large with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a spacious living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit were great. The staff was SO helpful upon check in and everywhere on property. Requested parking and private onsen in advance and they were able to accomodate. Public onsen was also wonderful. Breakfast buffet was amazing! And location is at the top of the drive, just across from the lift. Easy to get to restaurants and shops in town. Overall, amazing stay! Would definitely stay again with a large family or group of friends.
