It was an absolutely wonderful stay!!!
Pros:

I loved everything about my stay. The facilities, including the gym, onsen, café, and restaurant, were excellent, and every member of the staff provided impeccable service.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super und ist modern. Die Zimmer waren groß, sehr sauber und hatten große Fenster. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und lecker. Ausblick auf dem Vulkan beim Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Onsen ist toll (bei den Damen gibt es sogar einen heißen Whirlpool).

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer, das wir hatten, hatte zu schmale Betten und wir schauten gegen einen begrünten Hügel. Auf Nachfrage haben wir das Zimmer tauschen können. Die Fenster kann man leider nicht öffnen.

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧だった。
赤ちゃん連れでの宿泊だったが、色々なベビーグッズの貸し出しを提案してもらえて、安心して過ごせた。

Hotel ładny, jednak nie ma istotnych informacji na bookingu
Pros:

Bardzo ładny, wygodny, czysty pokój. Śniadanie było urozmaicone, japońskie curry - pyszne!

Cons:

Przy zameldowaniu zostałam poproszona o kartę kredytową, na co nie byłam gotowa i nie miałam jej ze sobą. W informacjach na bookingu nigdzie nie ma informacji, że wymagany jest depozyt wysokości 100 000 jenów! Spytałam co w takim razie mam zrobić - pani odpowiedziała, że mogę wpłacić 100 tysięcy jenów gotówką, co mnie rozśmieszyło - oczywiście nie miałam takiej kwoty przy sobie. Pani naciskała, żebym skontaktowała się z kimś z rodziny aby przesłał mi dane karty kredytowej, ale mój mąż akurat był poza domem i nie mógł tego zrobić. Ostatecznie pani mnie poinformowała z niezadowoleniem, że przy wymeldowaniu ,,we will double check your room”. No cóż… spędziłam cały wieczór w łóżku z książką, więc nie wiem co by się tam miało wydarzyć, ale poczułam się niekomfortowo. Dodam, że jestem 30-letnią kobietą, która chodzi spać o 21:00… w każdym razie w nocy nie mogłam zasnąć bo cały czas w głowie analizowałam tą sytuację i ostatecznie uważam, że to wszystko jest bardzo nie okej! Skoro na bookingu nie było żadnej informacji to jakim prawem hotel wymagał karty kredytowej i stawiał mnie w takiej sytuacji? To moja 4 podróż do Japonii, łącznie spałam w kilkunastu hotelach i pierwszy raz spotkała mnie taka sytuacja.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

More attention to details.
1. The batteries in the TV remotes were either dead (Apple TV that I recharged) or needed to be replaced.
2. The scale in the privale onsen was not working (battery problem?).
3. The dark carpet in the Studio Room had not been properly vacuumed. (Small chocolate bits in the carpet).

Overall, my experience was good value for money. However, for a hotel of this standard, more attention to details is needed.

Fantastic and relaxing stay
Pros:

We stayed in a room with a fantastic view of Mt Yotei, its spacious, very clean and bedding very comfortable. Breakfast and the course dinner were great.
There are 2 private onsens available for reservation other than the public one. Complimentary washing machines and dryers are available for use.
Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

The perfect stay, highly recommend!
Pros:

Amazing accomodation with plentiful facilities and amenities for you to unwind and enjoy an amazing view. We really enjoyed relaxing in their onsens and experienced excellent customer service during our short but sweet stay.

A special shout out to Rina and Rai who went above and beyond to help ship some belongings to our next destination, after accidentally leaving them upon check out. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re visiting Japan, huge thank you from Australia!

Pros:

The facilities and the location. Unbelievably convenient.

Cons:

Not too much Japanese staff. It's not that I didn't like them or that they weren't nice, they were incredibly nice. It just felt less like Japan.
