Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Lage ist direkt bei einer U-Bahnstation und nah am Schlossgarten.
Personal ist auch sehr freundlich :)

ottima posizione e stanza ottimamente isolata dai rumori.
ottima pulizia e stato della struttura molto buono

Cons:

In un appartamento da 4 persone ci sono solo due sgabelli per poter sedersi e magiare al tavolo.
Manca il microonde.

Great apartment, very spacious. Big living room and big bedroom.

Cons:

The only AC is on the wall of the hallway, which makes it very hard to cool down in either the living room or bedroom.

Super cozy!!
Pros:

Siamo venuti per la seconda volta, e in questa occasione ci siamo trovati anche meglio. L'appartamento era grande, pulitissimo, confortevole e molto funzionale. Ho usato e apprezzato tutto! appendiabiti, scarpiera, porta valigie, tende oscuranti, cucina piccola ma ben attrezzata e un divano super comodo, come anche il letto. Bagno molto ben organizzato con alcuni dettagli che aiutano come il maniglione per sistemare il tappetino e il cassetto sotto al lavandino! È anche super insonorizzato e c'è un fantastico condizionatore per questi giorni roventi! Fermata dei mezzi (climatizzati) davanti a casa, guardando gli orari su Maps può uscire 4 minuti prima. Ok, amo questo posto!

Cons:

Consiglio di regolare meglio il sensore della luce all'entrata, lasciando la porta aperta della stanza da letto, la luce può accendersi pur essendo sdraiati

Super, wenn ich nochmal einen Kurzausflug nach Stuttgart plane defintiv eine Empfehlung!
Pros:

Top ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht, Badezimmer auch topp. Wirklich super geeignet für Tagestrips und Junggesellen Abschiede. Bequeme Betten!

Cons:

Die Lage ist zwar gut im Sinne von Erreichbarkeit Stadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie zum Beispiel das Mercedes Museum, aber die Gegend ist trist. Nicht gefährlich oder negativ für den Aufenthalt, aber nebenan gibt es ein verlassenes Gebäude und leerstehende Gewerbeflächen. Das Apartment-Hotel sticht da absolut raus und verbessert ungemein das Umfeld.
