Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältis mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV
Pros:

Die Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und dem Neckarbad war optimal. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas hart.

Eine schöne Unterkunft für zwei und für kurze Besuche

Nähe zum Zentrum, zwei Zimmer, Sauberkeit

Cons:

Ganz kleine Mängel. Die Unterkunft ist eher für zwei, weniger für vier oder gar für eine Familie. Die Küche und Essplatz sind für zwei angedacht.
Die Wände ziemlich dünn, man hört die Nachbarn etwas.

Very nice apartment, good location
Pros:

Good location, nice and cosy apartment, very nice, friendly and supportive staff, easy checkin/checkout

Cons:

Minor thing: the heating was completely turned off when we arrived so it took a while until the temperature got comfortable.

Eine Bewerung zwischen 7 und 8 wäre passend
Pros:

Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn Haltestelle und man kann in kurzer Zeit in die Innenstadt fahren. Das Appartement ist modern ausgestattet.
Guter Preis.
Ich hatte ein Problem mit dem gebuchten Parkplatz, denn keiner der zum Hotel gehörenden Plätze war mehr frei. Ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels war aber telefonisch erreichbar und hat die Situation gelöst.

Cons:

Self-Check in am Ipad hat nicht funktioniert, dafür aber am Handy ohne Probleme.
Die Fußbodenheizung im Schlafbereich war nicht auszuschalten, daher viel zu warm zum Schlafen.
Auch die Straßenbahn kann man hören. Wenn man erholsame Nächte benötigt, nicht zu empfehlen. Aber das ist bei jedem Menschen anders.

Emplacement, propreté du logement,

Cons:

Il manque des équipements pour la cuisine (ustensiles, plats, couverts ...). Par exemple, il y a un four mais il n'y pas de plat qui va au four.
Pas de micro onde pour réchauffer les plats de bébé
Pas de baignoire.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Appartment war sehr gemütlich und modern. Die Küchenzeile verfügte über alles nötige (Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeekapseln, Wasserkocher, Geschirr) sowie sogar einen Geschirrspüler.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr stillvoll und bietet jeden Komfort. Ferner war es sehr sauber und ordentlich.
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele Restaurants, Cafés sowie Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf.
Die Parkplätze sind trotz Wegbeschreibung etwas versteckt (Hofeinfahrt auch schmal), aber zum Parken wiederum sehr komfortabel.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Nettes Personal, der Parkplatz ist super praktisch, das Café unten macht mega guten Kuchen und die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet, für längere Aufenthalte wäre ein wenig Deko nicht verkehrt, um es wohnlicher zu machen.

Pros:

Der Standort war sehr gut und die Unterkunft war gemütlich und ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber.

Cons:

Leider war der Geschirrspüler kaputt, aber für Spülmittel war gesorgt und die Mitarbeiterin hat uns sogar das Geschirr gespült. Daher war dies nicht so schlimm für uns.
