Thank you to Ms Kathy and Mr Goal for a wonderful stay, I needed a place with good wifi and quiet to work and this was the perfect place. Spotlessly clean and they moved me to a larger place as they had to do some work on the original apartment, thank you. ten to 15 minute walk along the river to Ben Tahn and downtown, lots of facilities available locally. I definitely recommend them for your stay. Communication with them was very good and check in was quick and efficient. Great views of the river and HCMC.

Some of the staff were incredibly nice while the others were not at all. The floor needed to be vacuumed and also the walls / ceilings when there were cobwebs and spiders. We contacted the hotel so the cleaners came straight and cleaned. The towel hanger was torn and loosened from the wall sometimes, the shower water was cold! The worst thing was that the pool was closed throughout our stay (3 days) for it to be cleaned but we did swim at least 1h before going to a new city. We booked this hotel because it has a pool so are very disappointed with this and that we did not even get any information that it would be closed.
Perfect place for me and my family to stay. We were 6 of us. I was worried for late arrival check-in. But one of the staff was waiting for us for check-in at 11pm. He also showed around the apartment and provided information. Having washing machine and laundry liquid was a plus for us after traveling for a week. The apartment was clean and equipped with necessary stuff to make our stay better. Definitely recommended for family.
Stayed 5 days. First 2 days unit was not what was promised. Washing machine only - very dusty & dirty.
No Pool use even though was promised. Hardly any dishes pots and pens in the unit. The attendant took out from another unit
Plenty of room, nice & clean , well appointed. Loved being able to do our washing while we stayed as well.

We did not get the River Gate apartment, A week before our stay, the owner contacted us and said they had overbooked and relocated us to Millennium Apartment which is about 200m further. The en-suite toilet drainage was so so bad of smell which we can’t use. The smell even spreading through the bedrooms with the doors closed. Its was an unpleasant stayed.

the room i stay is clean and compact. the only thing i could complain is the bed is not that comfortable. except that, everything was good. location is also great that is easy to connect anywhere and clean enough!
