Sur 3 nuits devoir demander des serviettes de douches 2 fois et attendre pour vous les ramener

Douche qui fuyait !
Même après constat rien n' a été vérifiée et réparation non effectuée

La chambre un vrai gourbi

La route principale a 10m de la porte de chambre

1 journée beach club une vrai boîte de nuit pas moyen de ce reposé

Des tables non debarasser au petit déjeuner

A beautiful place to visit for a family.
Pros:

The location, pool and on the beach front was absolutely beautiful. Staff so friendly. The area of coconut trees and grass was lovely and fantastic for the kids to play on! The buffet dinner on the beach at sunrise was absolutely magical!!

Cons:

We really loved everything but check in took quite a long time. It also was quite tricky to get towels. Pool towels ran out before it had opened and in the bedrooms we only received two towels between 5 of us. No floor towels or face washers.

Other than that, everything was great!!

Beautiful Pools and Grounds
Pros:

This is a large resort with multiple beautiful swimming pools, all different styles, right on the beach. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are large and the whole complex is aesthetically pleasing. Great view of Mt Agung on Bali with the sunset.

Cons:

Too far from the town to walk but I got a "Grab" (equivalent of Uber) there and back no problem at low cost. Bathrooms are a bit old but acceptable. There were no towels in the room when I arrived and it rook a number of calls to get towels delivered to the room.

Restaurant cher et pas terrible
Chambres pas très clean (taches sur les draps)
Personnel au restaurant pas très souriant, pressant
Pas de place autour de la piscine, ni au déjeuner
pas de serviettes dispos après 11h

Mooi gelegen hotel aan zee.
Pros:

Ruime schone kamers, direct aan het strand.
Er liep wel een weg tussen het resort door en wij hadden de kamers aan de andere kant van de weg, dus in dat opzicht niet direct aan zee. Hotel zag er nestjes uit en zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Jammer dat we de weg over moesten steken. En mijn zoon heeft zijn voet open gehaald aan de scherpe tegels in het zwembad. Personeel in de lobby gaf wel direct alle spullen mee om dit schoon te maken en te verbinden.

Le cadre est exceptionnel, les piscines magnifiques, les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus.

View di resto tempat breakfast bagus bgt, variasi makanan jg banyak dan enak. Tipe 2 bedroom mangsit suite punya ruangan yang luas, sangat lega buat 5 orang

Cons:

kami memesan tipe 2 bedroom mangsit suite dengan ekspektasi dapat view laut. Ternyata posisinya justru ada di seberang jalan bangunan utama, jadi hanya ada view garden.
