Bonne adresse et front de mer agréable.
Pros:

L’emplacement de notre logement, la gentillesse du personnel, le jardin magnifique et bien entretenu.

Cons:

L’intérieur est vieillissant dans la chambre et les tissus beige du canapé et fauteuils sont pas très propre.

Bonito resort.
Pros:

Zonas comunes muy bonitas, y el apartamento amplio limpio y vistas espectaculares.

Cons:

Playa en obras y sin acceso. Difícil ir a cualquier sitio ya que no se podía caminar por las aceras inexistentes todo estaba muy apartado.

Depuis le jour de notre arrivée ils n’arrivaient pas à accepter qu’on a pris l’hôtel en demi-pension chaque dîner a avait le droit d’attendre l’accord de je ne sais pas qui et surtout les avertissements vous n’avez pas le droit aux plats premium je ne sais pas s’ils avaient le droit de le faire et on nous prévenait à chaque dîner que les boissons sont payantes
Une soirée on a attendu deux heures et on n’a même pas eu le dîner il y avait des tables qui sont arrivées après nous qui étaient servies et pas nous et quand on appelle le serveur oui cinq minutes
Deux jours avant la fin du séjour on a eu la réflexion qu’il restait deux jours pour partir

Only if the property is renovated then it’s worth another visit
Pros:

Need a facelift. Kitchen cabinets and bathrooms need to renovate. Very run down. Staff were good. The first room we checked in had a serious sewage problem.

Pros:

Tolle Pools und riesiges Aussengelände. Die Suiten sind extrem groß und top ausgestattet. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielseitig. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist ein wundervoller Beach Club. Ein traumhaftes Hotel, die Suiten sind ideal für Familien. Wir haben und unglaublich wohl gefühlt.

Very very nice stay

If you book the big rooms, you have a 5 minute walk to the resort.

But it is very very nice. Lovely pool, great choice at breakfast. Cannot really fault this property.

I will not return. Definitely the worst hotel we stayed in Indonesia. Great potential but lots of work needed

We have been upgraded to a pool
Location rooms. Second pool was very nice, relaxing and staff was great. Lovely sunsets, beach was nice but nothing special.

Cons:

Rooms dark, on a small side. Basic breakfast with stale pastries.
Shower extras like shower gel and shampoo very basic.
Not enough of beach towels and pool chairs.

Pros:

Was quite shocked. Upon checking in, served a welcome drink, which was great but after that was just downhill. No towels were in the room and tried to call the front desk but the phone was disconnected. It took hours to get the towels. Power outage continued for so long and occurred frequently. The color of water was terrible… even for 1 night, wasn’t rest at all…
