Pros:

快適に過ごすことができました。滞在中に街全体が停電になりましたが、すぐに蝋燭を準備してくださり、またいつ復旧する予定かなど丁寧に説明いただきました。シャワールームにシャンプーとボディソープを置くスペースがあるとありがたいです。

Thiếu nhân viên phục vụ ngày đầu năm nên gây bất tiện và phục vụ Khách hàng không kịp thời. Nên cân nhắc việc mở cửa dịp tết hoặc giới hạn số lượng Phòng để đảm bảo CKDV

Staff was rude
Pros:

Check in was difficult with staff’s limited English. We booked a suite but were given a standard room. The hotel was barely occupied and we showed our booking, but the staff was not helpful and rude. The breakfast was eggs only due to the low occupancy. The hotel itself is new, clean, conveniently located.
