Aino Private Island Hotel - Adults Only

Delightful, small boutique hotel with great cuisine as part of the package. Comfortable, cosy, and lovely location on an iced-in island far enough out of town to feel remote but close enough to do the more touristy things. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is perfect.

The staff are superb. The food is excellent- night after night of the most amazing dishes !

The hotel is in a great location - handy to centre of town and airport - yet still gives the full wilderness experience and ample spot to see the Northern Lights.

Beautiful island isolated to rest, but nothing to do there except do the pré booked payes sauna.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The setting is magical. Everything is beautifully designed. The staff are so lovely and went out of their way to help us with anything we could have possible needed. The chef is a genius - the food was exquisite! The complimentary sauna, the library and soul pharmacy are such lovely additions. The room is beautifully designed and has everything you need - I especially loved the reading nook with the chaise! The views from the property are stunning with everything covered in pure white snow, including the rivers. My favourite thing was walking across the bridge to get to/from the island: in the day time it provides sensational views, and at night time it is lit by candles and fairy lights and feels like a true wonderland. We had the best time - thank you!

E o lugar mais maravilhoso que já vi. O hotel fica no meio de uma ilha. E no inverno é coberto de gelo. Surreal. O atendimento de todos sem excessão é perfeito. São muito gentis e acolhedores. Preocupados com sua estadia. Me ligavam perguntando que horas que eu iria chegar para preparar a janta. Chegamos no primeiro dia às 03:00 da manhã e nos serviram a janta no quarto. Não acreditei. Parabéns a todos vocês. Vocês são maravilhosos.

Where do I start!! We loved every single thing about our stay here. How very special to stay at a private island, it was simply magical. Every single day waking up to a winter wonderland. The staff made us feel very welcome and they were so friendly. The rooms were warm and cosy and we loved the neutral colour scheme, the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. We made use of both sauna’s, wood and electric and loved the sitting area of the wood sauna and the outdoor hot tub. The food was next level and of such a high standard and service. We couldn’t wait every morning and evening to eat :) The walk across the bridge was such a highlight for us and we saw the Aurora too on our walk back to our room after dinner one night. We were happy to be a little away from the main area of Rovaniemi and it was easy to call a taxi. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay and there is no where else I would stay when we return.

Le site est magnifique. Le personnel au petit soin du client, avrc des attentions: chocolats a l zrrivee dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner buffet est tres bon et varié. Les chambres sont tres confortables et grandes.

Le restaurant est sans doute le point fort de l’établissement en plus de sa localisation au calme . La chef Mona et sa sous-chef Ona ainsi que la fantastique Yasmina au service ont rendu ce séjour époustouflant. Rarement pu apprécier un tel niveau de gastronomie dans un hôtel. Belle surprise !

This property is amazing! The suite was truly beautiful, the design is warm and welcoming. The ambiance inside the suite really compliments the stunning view, the snowfall felt like a winter wonderland. The private island feels special, very new, clean and cared for. All of the staff are wonderful. The chef personally attends the table to explain the meal, adding to a unique experience. The food is exquisite. The chef completely catered to a gluten free guest, exceptional food and stunning dining location. The library with a fire and drinks is super cute and inviting. Worth every cent and highly recommend!

Ristorante, camere, posizione

Aino Private Island è una struttura recente, molto curata, con l'attenzione al dettaglio in tutti gli ambienti, le camere hanno un bellissimo arredo e sono estremamente comode, l'attenzione per la pulizia e il comfort è ottima.
L'ambiente esterno è spettacolare, l'hotel è dislocato su un'isola in mezzo ad un fiume, camere e ambienti comuni sono delle piccole casine esterne in legno dislocate sull'isola.
Ti puoi ricavare dei momenti di relax nella soul pharmacy o di condivisione nella library Pavillion, con tanto di camino a legna da gestire in autonomia. Ci sono inoltre due saune, una elettrica e una tradizionale.
Eccezionale la cucina nel caso si voglia sfruttare la mezza pensione o la pensione intera, il ristorante è aperto tutto il giorno, dalla colazione alla cena, servizio eccellente e piatti di alta qualità!
Il posto è veramente eccezionale... esperienza fantastica!

Possibly the most beautiful place I have ever visited, so peaceful and serene. The staff were fantastic, amazingly comfortable bed and room. Restaurant was exceptional - I didn’t want to leave!

Harika bir tatildi. Çalışanların ilgisi ve tesisin özellikleri bizi çok etkiledi. Bu ilgi bize sanki kendi özel adamızda yaşıyormuş hissi verdi. Neye ihtiyacımız olduysa hemen yerine getirildi. Yemeklerin lezzeti inanılmazdı. Doğal güzelliklerin ve manzaranın yanında bir de kuzey ışıklarını otelden görmemiz bizi inanılmaz etkiledi. Hersey için çok teşekkürler.
