Pros:

On the first day of my stay, the bathroom had a leaking floor. The hotel promptly changed the room and upgraded it to impress me greatly.

Cons:

One staff member insisted on keeping the room key at the hotel, and there is no safety box in the room to store valuable items, which made me feel insecure

Pros:

1박 2일 가족여행으로 부산을 방문할때 이용한숙소입니다. 어메너티 전체적으로 부족함없이 자사용했으며 단기가족 여행에는 부족함이 없는 룸상태입니다. 조식으로 나온 치아바타 에그햄 샌드위치는 아침으로 부담없고 적당한것같습니다. 직원분들 친절하시고 부산이 주차가 문제인데 호텔에 문의해 주차를 할수 있어 좋았습니다. 즐거운 부산 여행하고 갑니다.

부산 출장으로 하루밤 이용했는데 시설은 새거라 깨끗했다 다만 주변 재개발사업으로 철거가 많이 이루어저서 약간의 소음 과 공사벽느낌 이다

BTSコンサートの為に最初の開催予定地の近くが取れずに適当に予約したら、会場が変更になりとても近くてラッキーでした。フロントの方もとても親切で良かったです。ちょっと普通のホテルと違うなと思いましたが、サービスはとても良かったです。近くのクワベキ屋さんも美味しくて2回行きました。

The staff are very helpful and good in service. When I arrived at quite late at night and all my credit cards from Japan cannot be charged, plus I don't have enough cash. The front desk staff who is not very good in English but tried very hard to help me with different method to get the payment done. Very helpful and polite staff.

Standard room is exceptionally big and clean. The room equip with smart TV to watch Netflix or Youtube. Also there is a sanitizing "Styler" in room which can help to dry and clean the clothes, very surprise to see this equipment in the room.

나머진 모두 만족하고 펜트하우스 히노끼탕도 애들이 너무 좋아했어요. 아침식사도 간편식 만족하구요

깔끔, 스타일러랑 공기청정기 있는 좋은 모텔

우선 많이 깨끗했어요. 친절하셨고. 주차도 괜찮았어요 발렛해주시고. 그런데 호텔이기라기보다는 좋은 모텔이네요 ㅎㅎ 나쁜 의미는 아니구 그냥 정확히 얘기하자면?

화장실에서 담배냄새인건지 뭔가 올라왔는데 화장실 문 닫고 자면 상관없었구요, 방에 스타일러랑 공기청정기까지 있어서 놀랬어요 ㅎㅎ 그런건 호텔보다 좋은느낌?

수압도 좋았는데 샤워기를 틀면 해바라기샤워헤드에서 찬물이 조금씩 똑똑 떨어져서 조금 신경(?)쓰였던 점과, 뜨끈한 물로 샤워를 충분히 하고 있는데 갑자기 어디에선가 플라스틱이 터지는(?)소리?가 나서 좀 깜짝 놀랬었어요 ㅎㅎ 근데 뭐 하수구 냄새 이런것도 전혀 없었고 깔끔했어요.

모텔건물이라 그런지 엘베홀에서는 객실들 내부에서 나는 말소리 이런게 들리기는 하더라구요. 그런데 객실 내에서는 다른 객실 소음이 들리진 않았어요!
