The receptionist informed my sister that the room was only paid for one night. I paid for two. She could’ve verified on the system before informing my sister that I only paid for one night.
Easy check in. Property was as pictured. Lots of places to do eat
We arrived almost 11:30pm at the hotel. We stayed there just to have a place to sleep in preparation for a special event next day. At 5:30am we already check out.
Staff. The hotel was understaff. It was the security guard who assisted us during our check in.
Room amenities. Bottle of water, slippers, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels

Toilet . No hot water in the shower
It was a bad hotel overall. The front lobby was closed I have to enter from the back way which was also a Motel entrance. No front desk. The place was poorly lighted. No elevator. I checked out the same day I checked in.
Staff are not helpful
No blanket, bed covers, pillow case and towels doesn’t smell and look clean. Window has a lot of dirt. No tissue.
It doesn’t fit to label this as a hotel.

I booked by mistake as there is another property by same name in same area. But after booking correct property this one refused to give a refund saying they had “already prepared the room for me”.

Just fine for the cost
The card is not working. I have to call the frontdesk to open the door - room 312. The water heater is not working.
Lovely place to stay. Quiet and clean. Convenient parking space. Would stay there if I had to go back there.
the only downside - no elevator, our “older” guests had a difficult time on the stairs.
