Staff very friendly and helpful.
Child above our room making a lot of noise bouncing off the bed could hear the thumping all evening which was a shame as we came to get away.

Lovely hotel. Staff clearly take pride in keeping the hotel clean and making the guest experience comfortable.

Room size and layout. Immaculate and luxurious. Cleanliness 10 out of 10. Wonderful greeting upon arrival. Option of an honesty bar. Free parking. Outside entrance to a separate flat yet still part of the hotel. Full Internet access.
Literally the only thing for me, and I'm being picky was the heavy footed walking above that happened regularly...not sure if we were below the restaurant or someone was getting their steps in 😆
Overall it was a nice property with ample parking. The staff were very nice and we appreciated the daily cleaning. The property was located in a quiet neighborhood.
We were expecting the property to be located on an open farmland, but it had its benefit of being in town. Our room smelled a bit dingy but everything looked clean.
Everything was awesome. Front desk and breakfast server both went out of their way to make us comfortable and feel welcome.
We had driven from Surrey and were on our way to a 12pm wedding. We needed to freshen up and change. Olaf was extremely helpful in facilitating and allowing us early access to the room which we greatly appreciated.

This is a quality boutique hotel & the level of service and food (breakfast) and rooms and bathrooms reflected this. All areas were clean and attention to detail in all areas was great.
Big downside of this hotel is that the bar is an honesty bar but worse still it closes at 10pm (last orders at 9.45pm) and the only communal space in the hotel is locked. We were travelling as a group of 4 and 10pm is a little early for bed time when on holiday! The conditions state that "We kindly ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum after 23:00" but no mention of closure of communal area at 10pm until check-in.

- The property is about a 2.5km walk to the city centre. I enjoy walking so it wasn’t a problem and looked at many thrift shops along the way but it is something to keep in mind.

10+ wirklich schöne zimmer. grosszügig. super betten. grosses bad. mit wanne und dusche. top sauber. sehr ruhig. das ganze hotel ist geschmackvoll möbliert. es gibt eine selbstbedienungs bar. man schreibt auf was man „verbraucht“ hat.
das frühstück wird serviert. sehr fein, frisch zu bereitete früchte und eierspeisen (kein ei aus tetrapack). haben wir sehr geschätzt. kein gewusel am buffet.
personal mit ausgesucht höflichen umgangsformen. fast wie ein butler. genügend parkplätze direkt beim haus. bus direkt vor tür.
The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were very friendly and helpful and I’d certainly go back again if I was visiting Bath.
