The location was good for access to the city. Parking was great.
Not sure if this hotel qualifies as a 5*.
I was very disappointed that for 2 persons in the room that only one pack of biscuits were offered, and on request housekeeping said “that they normally only leave one pack”…… really for 2 persons. This may seem petty, but it’s the little gestures that one remembers on visiting a hotel.
It was absolutely beautiful a perfect setting

The staff were extremely helpful, we were stuck in traffic coming down from Sheffield and thought we wouldn’t make it for checking in. However we were told by the staff that it was completely fine and that they had organised for us to check in late.
We managed to get to the hotel before 10pm and the staff member was still there and they even upgraded our room for free. This was completely unnecessary, but a lovely gesture.
We were staying for only 1 night as I had an interview in Bath the next day, in the morning again staff were extremely lovely and wished me good luck for my interview and allowed just to left out car in the car park for the day.
These personal touches made our stay all the more pleasant and we left extremely happy and would go back in a heartbeat.
Nothing everything was excellent
Room was spacious and clean, staff were kind and attentive, everything you could need was provided or avaliable at request. Location was good for us to drive to the city center - less than 10 mins and parking was always avaliable. The honesty bar was well stocked too
Room was very warm even when turning the heating completely off at the thermostat. They did provide fans that helped.
Breakfast was outstanding room was very clean and very well presented staff were very polite and helpful would definitely go back

Excellent staff, couldn't do enough for you. Cleanest hotel room and bathroom I have ever seen and I stayed a many 5* hotels around the world. Breakfast was superb
