Bathen House Boutique Hotel

The property was absolutely divine, the stuff was amazing. Olaf the note manager was great. Made my stay with my now fiance more magical than I can ever imagine. Will definitely be back.

STUNNING elegant design and decor! It felt like we were living in a Mansion/Palace. It was away from the crowded city center area, yet very accessible (by foot and by transit). The walk took us through the Victoria Park. Don't miss the Botanical Garden!

Staff was friendly, professional and they kindly accommodated early check-in and stored our
luggage on check-out to give us a last morning in town.

Everything! We chose Bath as our honeymoon destination and wanted a really nice place to stay and Bathen House did not disappoint! The friendly welcome, onsite parking, amazing room, comfortable bed, hot/cold drinks in the room, handy fridge.
The breakfast was excellent, great choice, lovely staff who couldn't be more helpful. Would 100% stay here again if visiting Bath as the location was ideal with a bus stop just outside the place.

We have just returned from 2 nights in room 6 the suite, which is more like a flat. The room was immaculate, as was the rest of the hotel and grounds. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We came back to our room after a day in bath to rose petals and balloons in our roomfor our wedding anniversary. Compliments from the hotel and an amazing suprise. The hotel bar is a lovely relaxing space Staff are very knowledgeable of the area, we have stayed in many bespoke and luxuary boutique hotels, and this takes some beating on all levels !!! The copper bath in the room, cosy fire and well branded drinks hot drinks in the room are a lovely touch. Great location from bath centre, I cannot recommend this hotel enough 👌 5 star all round. We will be back again

Fantastic place staff were excellent breakfast great and great choice. Room was huge as was the bathroom. Really comfortable and and relaxed. 25 minute walk into Bath.

What a gem! First trip to Bath and based on reviews, we cancelled our original hotel reservation and booked at Bathen House. The hotel is so classic visually and absolutely updated to perfection. We booked a suite and it was identical to the photos online. It is beautiful in person, and made us want to stay in more than go out. Check in was a breeze, the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and gave us tons of information. He booked us for breakfast in their dining room during our stay and that breakfast was terrific, excellent food and nice selections. The shared living room with honor bar was also a great addition. We fixed ourselves a drink each evening before going out to dinner and played cards in there a couple of times. Enjoyed our time here very much and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bath.
