A lovely relaxing stay in Bath
Pros:

The hotel was in a quiet location just outside of the city only a half hour walk or bus ride away. The breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly. It was also spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Just little bits missing that you’d expect from the money you’d paid. The decor was slightly tired, like a knob missing from the bathroom door. Also there’s no storage for clothes etc. Also it would be nice for a proper coffee at breakfast rather than the bitter cheap stuff. Also our door kept wobbling throughout the night when someone came up the stairs or there was a breeze.

Loved the room and the bathroom was outstanding.

Cons:

From the time I booked the hotel which was for originally for my mum for her birthday I had problems trying to change the date. I only needed to change this as my mum became very poorly and I needed to pull it forward I was willing to pay more if I had to upgrade (I knew at the time there was rooms available at the date preferred ) but I just got pushed from dealing with the hotel to dealing with booking.com in the end it was to late. VERY POOR.

Roomy hotel near Bath - good parking & helpful staff.
Pros:

Located a bit out of the city but has good parking and buses if needed. Big room and bathroom. Staff very helpful & nice breakfast options. Good location for walking into Bath & close to Bath- Bristol cycle pathway. Honesty system for bar works well

Cons:

Não havia apoio de empregados. Tivemos que carregar as malas pelas escadas. Funcionários só notamos o recepcionista e a empregada que servia o pequeno-almoço.
