Did not have. But looked great
Beautiful hotel
No iron in room
Excellent staff, couldn't do enough for you. Cleanest hotel room and bathroom I have ever seen and I stayed a many 5* hotels around the world. Breakfast was superb
squeaking bathroom door
Everything. Olaf was a good host too.
Excellent location, lovely staff, parking felt safe and secure, superb suite and extremely clean and tidy - perfect stay in every way.

Lovely big room and luxury bathroom
Shower could do with a handheld attachment and bathroom fan was very noisy blowing in the wind at night time
Beautiful property, very clean, parking free and warm.
The shower didn’t have a shower hose. It only had an over head shower. Not convenient if you don’t want to wash your hair as it’s impossible to not get it wet.
We found the bed unsupportive. The mattress topper wasn’t great and when lying on it we was rolling into the middle of the bed. We did ask reception if we could move rooms for this reason however was advised the hotel was fully booked. The gentleman on reception then made an odd sarcastic comment out load saying “the hotel is terrible” and repeated this several times in front of another guest who was staying in the room opposite reception (who was also complaining that they could hear a lot of noise being situated near reception and wanted to be moved to another room). This was odd and awkward and not professional.
The kettle was faulty and was leaking water. However, this was quickly replaced by staff.
The room was very nice
The atmosphere, wasn’t really like a hotel
Wow, what a lovely hotel. Our suite was fantastic. Plenty of space and the wife loved the role-topped brass bath. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice. And what can I say about the staff, they were so friendly and helpful.
Hard to say anything bad.
It's a little outside of the town centre, so we used uber to get in and out.
No lift, for those who would require it.
The best thing about this place besides how clean and beautiful it is. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Stayed one night and it was amazing.
Design and comfort.
A bit too far to walk to city centre but taxis easily obtained.
The actual house is gorgeous! There is not much staff in the hotel. It was good stay overall, but not smth exciting.
Nothing off putting. Very standard stay.
