We thoroughly enjoyed the Little Riverside Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel is beautiful, with a traditional charm that feels warm, welcoming, and homely. Everything was spotlessly clean, and our room was very comfortable.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. A special thank you to Julie and Aimee at reception, who were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome, and to Jameson in the bar and restaurant, whose service was outstanding and always came with a smile.
The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk to the heart of Hoi An’s Old Town. It was the ideal base for exploring while still being able to relax away from the crowds.

Thanks to Jasmine and Carol, I feel so relaxed right now. It was such a great experience having a massage here. The service was professional, the atmosphere was calming, and they really paid attention to what my body needed. I left feeling refreshed and stress-free. Will definitely come back again!
Our third visit to Little Riverside Hoi A with my friends, and it continues to feel like coming home. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Jenny, the general manager, greeted us with such warmth and made us feel truly welcome.
The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The service is impressively fast. They consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable throughout our stay.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It offers a great variety of delicious options and is the perfect way to start the day. Another highlight is the rooftop pool, which is a wonderful place to relax while enjoying the beautiful views of Hoi An.
It's rare to find a place that maintains such a high level of service every time you visit, but this hotel has done exactly that. Thank you to Ms. Jenny and the wonderful team for making our third stay another memorable experience. We can't wait to return for our fourth visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The Ozone Spa was great, particularly Carol and Cherry were really great, we felt relaxed after the full body massage, I highly recommend.

Being able to walk into Hoi An old town but not be in the hustle and noise was a perfect balance.
