Short stroll to Hoi An Old Town
Pros:

Located on the water and a short stroll to the Old Town. The two bedroom apartment was a perfect size for us. Check the aspect before booking though as our room looked at the side of another building. The rooms at the other side have River views. Breakfast was nice, what you would expect in Vietnam resorts, great fruit options and a mix of hot / cold fare. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced for the quality of service.
Pros:

Clean, wuiet, good air conditioning and wifi. Comfy bed. Big pool. Nice view.

Cons:

Mediocre breakfast. Staff unattentive at breakfast. Dishes not removed from tables. Food choices not refilled when empty or low. Had to ask for everything. Staff on their phones until you asked them for something. Same at the pool. Upon arrival heavy push to sell you tickets to shows.

A real gem
Pros:

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The comfortable room on the same floor as the pool. The terrace by the river.
The location, mid-way between the bustling old town and the quieter end of town.
The quietness of the rooms. We slept very well.

Cons:

The space around the pool and the loungers is very tight but by and large it was never that busy so not a huge issue.

Un piccolo paradiso nascosto
Pros:

Staff molto cordiale. Inizialmente non ero molto soddisfatta di avere una stanza vicino al lift. Ma tutto sommato non è stato un fattore disturbante. Ho subito manifestato la mia disapprovazione, e tutto lo staff inclusa la manager si sono resi molto disponibili. È una location molto comoda e si raggiunge tutto a piedi. Ha una bellissima piscina sul tetto della struttura da cui puoi vedere il fiume. Vi è anche la possibilità di andare al mare (tramite uno shuttle organizzato dalla struttura) dove hanno dei posti riservati per i clienti. Ci ritornerò la prossima volta che visiterò Hoi An.
