Pros:

La stanza pulita e confortevole, alla colazione non mancava proprio niente, tutto molto buono e in abbondanza. Lo staff gentile e cordiale. Ottimo il soggiorno!!!

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet, minden nap változatos bőséges reggeli volt és a szoba felszereltsége is kielégítő volt. Valamint ár érték arányban verhetetlen.

Cons:

A megérkezésünkor nem volt a Hotel előtt parkoló, ezért szemben egy bank előtt kellett parkolni. Valamint vékonyak a falak ezért minden egyes szomszéd ajtó zárás hallható.

Buona posizione per girare a piedi, staff simpatico e gentile ma soprattutto molto disponibile. Camera poco rumorosa, bagno con tutto il necessario.
Valutazione eccellente per la colazione!

Questa struttura è stata una bellissima sorpresa . La conoscevamo già da prima di passaggio ma non ci avevo mai soggiornato. Camera accogliente, pulita e con piccoli dettagli molto preziosi (bollitore acqua, decorazioni, profumatore .... ) , staff disponibile, ottima colazione , ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Torneremo sicuramente

Silenzioso,colazione discreta,ottimi i pancake

Trovo non comprensibile che non si possa modificare l' aria condizionata dalla stanza...la prima notte,dopo vari tentativi di spegnerla, abbiamo dovuto dormire con lei attaccata tutta la notte...

The breakfast is good.

Cons:

Terrible service and extremely poor managementThe service staff at the reception were very rude.The barmaid did not understand English or German,despite German being specified in the booking.The air conditioning cannot be controlled from the room because it is managed entirely via a computer that constantly malfunctions.Additionally,the Wi-Fi was unavailable for several days.There was also an awful smell that did not go away for days,making it impossible to breathe,and the reception staff just shrugged their shoulders at this.Housekeeping was completely neglected as the room was not cleaned and the linen was not changed all these days. The staff do not understand any language and ignore all customer requests.The sound insulation is terrible,so every rustle behind the wall can be heard clearly.This stay was a complete nightmare and compensation is needed for this nightmare.

Közel volt a tengerparttól gyalog. Csendes volt. A reggeli nagyon finom volt. A személyzet segítőkész volt.

Cons:

A klímának nagyon kellemetlen szaga volt,így a szobában is. A tisztaság kicsivel lehetett volna alaposabb.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt diesmal deutlich weniger angenehm als bei früheren Besuchen.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders freundlich und bestand darauf, ausschließlich Englisch zu sprechen, was ich als Gast sehr unfreundlich und wenig entgegenkommend empfunden habe.

Auch das Zimmer war diesmal enttäuschend: Es war sehr klein und zudem ziemlich laut. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt daher diesmal leider nicht so angenehm, wie wir es erwartet hatten.

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La colazione era super, la stanza era pulitissima, l albergo profumava di pulito e lo staff eccezionale, sempre con il sorriso, gentile ed educato.
