We enjoyed Viljandi a shame the hotel restaurant was closed, also the Museum

Lovely hotel very well presented

Cons:

Restaurant was closed both days we were there. In fact Viljandi is quite closed on a Monday!
Room was not made up after first night. Windows did not open.
