Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice.

A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Angolul nem minden alkalmazott tudott. Sajnos a közeli programokról tájékoztatás vagy programfüzet nem volt fellelhető a hotelben. Az ágy nagyon kicsi volt ezen kívűl a hotel teljesen rendben volt. Az ètelek finomak. Az a la carte választèk kevès. Parkolóhely kevès. A helyi látnivalók autóval megközelíthetőek a hoteltól. Összességében ajánlani tudom.

Chegamos no segundo dia da reserva devido ao atraso do voo para Cracóvia. Fomos de carro e havia estacionamento na área do hotel. Houve um pequeno imprevisto no check-in, inicialmente a recepcionista não encontrou nossa reserva, mas foi rapidamente solucionado, o que não afetou a nossa avaliação positiva do hotel. A equipe sempre muito educada, gentil e prestativa. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e a comida estava muito boa. O quarto era excelente e muito charmoso com decoração clássica. Café da manhã estava muito bom e variado. Pretendemos voltar a Zakopane e ficaríamos novamente neste hotel.

The hotel is situated in the quiet suburbs of Zakopane - about half an hour walk to the centre. It has a swimming pool that works from 9 a.m. till 9 p.m. The room was big, comfortable, cozy and quiet. We had a nice balcony, too. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view of the mountains and great hospitality and cleanliness. The hotel receptionist (forgot to ask for her name) was outstanding and went out of her way to help.

It was very quiet and peaceful until the last night I stayed when there was a wedding party in the conference room below me (stayed in room 103) with loud music until midnight. This was despite quiet hours supposedly ending at 2200 per the hotels’s rules—very disruptive. It is only because of this that I gave a disappointed rating. If it weren’t for this it would have been perfect.

Bardzo dziękuje za przemiłą obsługę w recepcji pani która spełniła nasze wszystkie potrzeby. Dostaliśmy pokój przy windzie która dużo kursowała ponieważ był wieczór sylwesterowy a ja jestem wrażliwa na każdy głoś, szczególnie w nocy. Ta sympatyczna pani zrobiła wszystko dla nas żeby nasza wizyta była udana. I wizyta była fantastyczna. Bez problemu dostaliśmy drugi pokuj.
Bardzo czyściutko, smaczne śniadanko, obsługa bardzo profesjonalna. Dużo saszetek w pokoju z kawą, herbatą. Fajny, swobodny klimat w całym hotelu.
Napewno jeszcze raz odwiedzimy!

Amazing view of the Tatra mountains from our balcony. Very helpful and attentive staff all across the hotel. Good and spacious rooms, but the lack of USB charging points and of a rainfall shower is unusual for a hotel of this alleged class and price. Plus the room door didn’t have the interior locks, which was also a surprise. The spa is good, enjoying the jacuzzi with the views of the mountains was really nice.

Nice hotel, great staff and wonderful breakfast.spa area is nice but tends to be crowded. Good hotel!!!

Ubytování ve všech směrech předčilo naše očekávání.

I really love this property. I travel a lot but I never experienced a customer service like in here. I felt almost at home. Big room, everything clean, the baby’s crib was already in the room with warm blankets pillows. An incomparable service!!

Dejligt hotel, store værelser. Lækker morgenmad.
Det eneste minus var, at næsten ingen net signal var på værelset

Die Lage mit Blick auf teilweise schneebedeckte Berge über 2000 m hohe Berge war einmalig! Der Koch beriet uns beim Abendbrot persönlich. Was für eine Auswahl beim Frühstück! Weshalb ein Schwimmmeister bei den Öffnungszeiten des Bades anwesend war, erschoss sich uns bei 1,20 M Tiefe nicht - vielleicht wegen der Pflege des Bades.-Leider ging alles mehr oder weniger auf Polnisch zu, was wir nicht beherrschen.Wir wünschten uns beim Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr mehr Informationen auf Englisch, wenn nicht sogar auf Deutsch. Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Séjour parfait. Toutes les prestations sont remarquables, la piscine surveillée, le petit déjeuner buffet très varié et excellent, la vue sur les Tatras, la propreté, la simple beauté du lieu... personnel très pro également. Nous (famille de 5) sommes resté 2 nuits, mais finalement je serai bien resté 1 semaine, surtout que le voyage est plus long qu'il n'y parait depuis Cracovie mais Zakopane le mérite . Très belle chambre également, du charme, les enfants (3,6,10) aussi ont adoré.
