Pros:

I had a great stay here. A huge thank you to the receptionist, Nova Sulianti, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Even though I arrived before the official check-in time, she was accommodating and allowed me to check in early, which was deeply appreciated. The service here is excellent, and being located right inside BG Junction Mall makes it incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

價格划算，因為是在mall高樓風景不錯，樓下有商場可以吃午晚餐很方便，他要從mall的一樓進去，警衛會帶你去坐中間的電梯，要按到頂樓因為在mall最上面

Nice hotel at the top of a mall, great value for money.
Pros:

Awesome, good value, friendly staff, was upgraded to larger room for free, very clean and spacey.

Cons:

During my stay, only a la carte breakfast was available. Disappointent as I wanted to try out the buffet, but plenty of food options just downstairs in the mall.

Cons:

Our bathroom had water leaking somewhere. We asked more towels to wipe the water, so didn't bother us too much for 2 nights stay.
