Hotel zlokalizowany w niesamowitym miejscu, w centrum Malcesine, w starej kamienicy.
Obsługa hotelu przemiła i pomocna.
Pokoje przestronne, czyste i zadbane. Łóżka wygodne, pokoje wyposażone w klimatyzację.
Kabiny prysznicowe mogłyby być trochę większe.
Śniadania smaczne i wystarczająco urozmaicone, a poranna kawa i domowe croissanty wyśmienite.

Cons:

Zabrakło lodówki w pokoju. Przy pięknym i gorącym włoskim klimacie lodówka bardzo by umiliła pobyt.

Pros:

Готель розташований у пішохідній зоні, але адміністрація завчасно надає детальну інструкцію щодо того, як зручно вивантажити багаж і де припаркувати автомобіль.
Окремо хочеться відзначити надзвичайно привітний і турботливий персонал, який завжди готовий допомогти та відповісти на будь-які запитання.
Сніданки були дуже смачними та різноманітними. Ліжка зручні, а кондиціонер працював бездоганно.
Із задоволенням рекомендую!

No lo piensen y reserven: Relación calidad-precio sin competencia
Pros:

Una ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo lo necesario para nuestra visita al lago de Garda: Puerto, parada de bus... En pleno centro histórico de Malcesine, rodeado de restaurantes, supermercados cercanos...y playas a picos minutos caminando.

Cons:

No hubo nada que me disgustara.

Epäystävällisesti johdettu nukkavieru hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla ja hyvällä aamupalalla.
Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä. Erittäin vilkkaan kävelykadun varrella lähellä rantaa ja sen palveluita. Aamiainen oli hinta-laatusuhteen hyvä.

Cons:

Ensimmäinen huone, joka meille tarjottiin oli luokaton, eikä sen kaltaista pitäisi edes olla tarjolla. Onneksi ystävällinen virkailija löysi meille toisen, kohtalaisen huoneen. Huoneen sisustus on vanha, kulunut ja ankea. Hotellia ei voi kutsua lemmikkiystävälliseksi, sillä erilaisin rajoituksin ja hyvin tylyn johdon ohjeistuksen myötä tunsimme, ettei lemmikkimme ollut millään tavoin tervetullut hotelliin.

In großen und ganzen in Ordnung
Pros:

Personal sehr nett und freundlich, zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Mageres Frühstücksbüffet nur 2 Sorten Wurst und 2 Sorten Quark. Das Zimmer hatte nur 2 Fenster und man hatte keine Möglichkeiten seine Badesachen vernünftig zu trocknen und es fehlte ein kleiner Kühlschrank

A fürdő nagyon kicsi volt és retro. Nincs hűtő a szobához. A reggeli elég szegényes vállaszték volt.

Tolle Lage mitten im Geschehen und doch ruhig.
Bewachten Parkplatz kostenlos
Traumhafter Ort, hat uns am besten gefallen.
Personal ist sehr freundlich.
Frühstück reichlich und gut.
Zimmer geräumig.

Das Bett war etwas zu hart.

Great location, very close to the ferry dock and easy to walk around the old town. The staff was very friendly. Free sparkling water in reception

Cons:

Only one outlet that worked in our room, wifi was fine during the day (20 mbps) but very slow at night (3 mbps). Shower was inconsistent and switched between hot and cold randomly
