Freundliche, fast familiäre Atmosphäre. Schönes geräumiges Zimmer. Großes Bad
Pros:

Frühstück war lecker, sogar Selbstgebackenes gab es.
Es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles okay ist und ob man Infos braucht.
Die Lage ist top. Zentral und trotzdem recht ruhig.

Cons:

Wir können nichts bemängeln.

Schlechter Start dann Happy End

Super zentral. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Wir waren zuerst in einem Zimmer im 3. und somit obersten Stockwerk einquartiert.
Die Möbel waren sehr einfach und sahen sehr notbedürftig zusammengestellt aus. Man hatte das Gefühl, sie würden gleich zusammenfallen. Die Fenster waren sehr schmal und klein und unterhalb der Decke platziert. Man konnte nicht rausschauen. Es war stickig. Die Dusche im Badezimmer sehr klein. Das Doppelbett war so durchgelegen, dass man schief drin lag.
Zum Glück durften wir nach einer Nacht in den 2. Stock umziehen, denn wir hatten 2 Einzelbetten reserviert und nicht ein Doppelbett wie im 3. Stock.
Dort war dann alles prima. Einfach (2 Sterne eben) aber alles in Schuss, ordentlich und sauber, so dass wir die 4 Nächte und 5 Tage in Malcesine genießen konnten. Hätten wir im ersten Zimmer bleiben müssen, wäre es wirklich unzumutbar gewesen.
Auch keine 2 Sterne aus meiner Sicht.

Ganz tolles 2* Hotel!

Ich weiß gar nicht, wie ich anfangen soll. Wir waren einfach suuuper zufrieden!!!!!!!
Wir hatten ein 3Bett Zimmer zu zweit. (war anders geplant, somit einfach mehr Platz👍)
Die Einrichtung sehr einfach, vlt sogar unmodern, aber: NICHTS KAPUTT! Absolut sauber!!! Die Betten top, ausgestattet mit Handtüchern, Badartikeln. Schrank mit Kleiderbügeln. Genügend Haken für Jacken...Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Fernseher - deutsche Programme. Fenster mit Außenrollos. Miiittttten in der Stadt. Perfekte Lage! Ja, früh morgens laut ab 7.00 Uhr wegen Müllentsorgung. Im Hotel auch hellhörig. Wir fanden es nicht schlimm, waren immer unterwegs. Aperol und Bardolino helfen🙈. Frühstück absolut fein. Schinken, Salami, Käse, Brötchen, Toast, Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem Automaten👍. Säfte, Tee, Marmelade, Honig, Eier, Obst... Leute, sicher kein Nobelfrühstück, aber völlig ausreichend. Und wenn was alle war, kam sofort die netteste Bedienung, die ich in KEINEM Mehrsternehotel erleben durfte, und hat sich gekümmert. Hier wird Service ganz GROß geschrieben!!! Und das gilt AUCH für die Rezeption und die Reinigungsdame!!!! ♥️ Brauchst du was, frag und du bekommst es.
Es gibt Zimmer zum Innenhof und zu 2 Straßenseiten. Parkplatz im großen, einzigen Parkhaus in Malcesine gg. Gebühr 10 €/Tag. Kostenfrei parken in 15 min Laufweg mgl. (och nö🤭). Zentrale Lage, ÜBERALL 😉 Restaurants und Bars, Bushaltestelle 2min., Hafen für Bootsausflüge um die Ecke. Shopping... Überall 🙈, Bademöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sparmarkt 3min.
Das Beste, nach einem richtig tollen Tag, ist genau neben dem Hoteleingang die Absackerbar🤣.
Wir können das Hotel Modena bedingungslos empfehlen und würden immer wieder kommen.
