This property was very run down, with mould all over bedrooms walls, broken furniture, broken doors, pee stains on duvets and rooms clearlynnotnbeing cleanned.

T would advise anyone against staying here. When i spoke to the owners they stated that they can organise someone to clean our room in 4 days time, but in the mean time we would have to make do with it. Safe to stay myself and others left and asked for a refund

L'endroit pourrait être intéressant, car vraiment pas cher. Toutefois le petit appartement que j'avais aurait besoin d'être retapé complètement. Il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bains, les tapis ont un air douteux (d'ailleurs, il faudrait éviter de mettre des tapis si on ne les lave pas à chaque changement de clients),les chaudrons pour préparer les repas sont dégueulasses, la peinture aurait besoin d'être refaite et les murs nettoyés. Pas du tout appétissant pour se préparer un repas. De plus, il n'y a pas de table pour manger alors qu'il y a amplement de place pour en mettre une. Il n'y avait qu'un seul rouleau de papier de toilette( pour 5 jours), pas de séchoir, etc. L'appartement en tant que tel pourrait être très mignon si on lui donnait un peu d'amour quitte à augmenter légèrement le prix. La situation de l'appartement est quand même bien, pas trop loin du centre de Sofia et de tous les monuments et à 10 minutes à pied de la cathédrale Alexandar Nevski ce qui est très pratique car beaucoup d'excursion partent de cet endroit.

Toilet seat was broken, no new toiletpaper was given after a few days. Shower was broken, the drain was clogged. Beds were very poor and bad for your back

Positive: Very close to the city center, good hot water, easy self check in
Negative: there is no parking, while finding a parking spot wasn't easy (even though it says parking available), not very clean (also air condition too dusty), same applies to the bathroom and shower.

I stayed here for four nights (Monday - Friday) and had an excellent experience as a lone female traveller.

I did not meet any of the staff, however we exchanged messages about check in and check out, and they were prompt and friendly. Self check-in was very easy, the instructions given were clear and thorough.

I stayed in a self-contained room with private bathroom. It was clean and well furnished, with a very comfortable bed and good bathroom. It's budget accomodation, but what you get for the cheap price is very very good. It is a quiet property, back from the main road, with a lovely little court yard that was nice to sit in with a cup of tea after a long day.

The location is really great, with transport to the city center literally right out front (the 20 and 22 trolley car gets you there in 15 minutes). The 20 trolley car also goes almost to the airport (one easy change to a bus) which was really easy and convenient. Otherwise, its about a half hour walk to the city center, with many sight seeing areas along the way.

Overall, I had a really positive experience at Peter Pan Guest House, and I would absolutely stay here again if I visit Sofia again.

Check in was quite a hassle, but once that was taken care of I could really appreciate the room and relaxing space. If you don't have wifi or data to connect with them via messaging about check in you will have quite a challenge. When they say they don't have a 24 hour desk, they mean there is zero reception and they work around anticipated arrival times and message you to communicate. I tried calling the phone number a few times when trying to check in and no one answered.

This accommodation was generally filthy all over, and in poor condition, paint peeling off, chipped woodwork etc. however the 3 things that put me off the most was the clumps of matted and rotting hair and dirt that were embedded in the shower room, the heavily soiled cushions on the settee, and the sweaty handprints on the wall above the bed. The place also stank of cigarette smoke.
I did email the property to complain and give an opportunity for them to put right but they did not reply, hence my terrible review.
Furthermore, the property was advertised with parking. This is not true. I had to pay to park in a carpark about 15 minutes walk away.

Only had booked one night but i wouod have gladly stayed for way longer!!

Found no fault in this clean place and would stay again there , value for money with great access into the city

I stayed there for 4 nights . Large outdoor bathroom, 24/7 hot water, daily towel change and 5 minute walk to metro station and The St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral although the place is in a quiet neighborhood . But most important, the communication with George the owner who is a knowledgeable and intelligent man, was excellent Helped to tour Mount Vitosha, and arrived in 03:30 to drive me to the airport at a decent price

The place is adorable! Nice and cozy, we had a place on the last floor , so there was a beautiful room under the roof. There is a sunny terrace where you can have your breakfast with the view. Located in the city centre. The bathroom is shared which might be inconvenient for somebody.

Great value for money. Clean ,tidy and cosy. Great to be able to cook quick things if longer stay. Location is great just 15mins walk to centre. We arrived late but someone was there to let us in and show us the room . WiFi, tv with English channels, shower. We were in the studio and we were really happy with it. Would recommend to anyone and if we go back to Sofia would definitely book here again.
