Pros:

It just worth for the price but it is not really safe.and I got a lot of mosquito bites,not clean properly by the cleaners,

Not quite as it seems in the pictures
Pros:

We had booked this place for a 5 night stay in Da Nang. We only stayed one night. The pictures are nothing like the rooms and the free breakfast was something we had to order the night before and it got plonked in front of us half cold in the morning, whether it was your order or not.
The staff at the front tried to tell me that i had not booked breakfast and make me pay extra when my booking clearly said i had paid for it
We cancelled our booking and went elsewhere.

Extremely comfortable - great value
Pros:

Unbeatable location surrounded by street food and bars, and only minutes walk to Da Nang beach. Extremely clean and comfortable well appointed rooms. Staff were friendly and approachable.

Main access via a flight of stairs which may be an accessibility issue. Breakfast was cold and uninspired, but street food options abound nearby. Excellent value nonetheless.
