Quiet, well located, beautifully presented.

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location! I stayed in a room with a huge lovely bathroom with views looking out over Bristol. The bed was HUGE and so comfy, I slept like a log! Quiet and peaceful too. Small touches like the radio being on when you arrive in the room for the first time were very thoughtful. Robes and slippers made it feel very luxe!
Breakfast was included and really tasty, you have to pre-order before 7am (I did mine the night before) which was a little unusual but no real issue.
Handy to have the parking permits for the spaces on the road directly outside the hotel too!
Very very minor - when I checked in the person on the front desk didn't know much about the local parking restrictions. I'd parked on a nearby permit-free road with some hour restrictions but they weren't sure about if this would be OK for overnight. Ultimately not a problem as I used the parking permit provided and moved my car! But just something for the hotel to think about.
Quick and efficient check in , the room was very clean and the hotel was beautifully decorated ,Fantastic choice of breakfast , overall a great stay and would stay again .

First impressions were good. Easy to park, clean and stylish.
Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable, pillows were too big and solid and it was difficult to control the temperature in the room. Windows had shutters which don’t block out the light in the mornings.

Gorgeous building, stunning room and a great location. Everything was very clean. Breakfast and breakfast staff were really nice.
Mattress was very soft - which I liked but my partner struggled with. We both found the pillows uncomfortable. Check-in was a bit lacklustre; not rude but not especially welcoming or engaging but a relatively minor point tbh
