Alles perfekt. Wir mussten sehr früh losfahren. Das Personal hat uns ein Frühstück im Zimmer vorbereitet und das war sehr lecker. Parkplatz kostenlos vor der Tür. Sehr schöne Lage.

Sound travels throughout the house. The front door isn’t very quiet when closed, which woke us up in the night when guests / staff came in and out.

We'd have preferred a larger room upstairs but, unsurprisingly, the hotel was fully booked!
Beautiful building, gorgeous rooms, love the features, especially the retro details. The extras are just what make this so special I particularly love this salted caramel macaroons. The staff are so lovely and friendly! This was my second stay here and I would definitely stay here again when I’m next in Bristol. It’s one of my favourite UK hotels I’ve stayed in!
