When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

A deposit of 200€/apartment must be left on arrival as a guarantee. The deposit must be paid by credit card and will be returned after departure within 72 hours. For groups, the deposit is global for the whole group and is not partially refundable. When all the flats in the group are empty, we will check all the flats included in the booking and the refund will be considered if there has been no damage. Otherwise, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the deposit paid and the rest will be refunded. The reservation holder is responsible for the payment of the damage deposit and will be the recipient of the refund on the day of departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Cons:

معاملة سيئة من السيدة في الاستقبالات .لم تكن متعاملة . الاريكة كانت متسخة . 6 أيام تغيرة فيها المناشف 2 مرات . يوجد مصعد واحد يعمل الآخر معطل .

Location, cleanliness

Cons:

1 lift not working at all, and the other one was not working on our arrival, so we had to carry luggage all the way to the 14th floor with no offer of help, during the rest of the stay we had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for the lift to arrive. Internet was not good. Bedding was not changed at all in the 5 days we were there and towels only changed once after we asked for them

Pros:

Stayed here many times, all staff so helpful and friendly, very clean, great location near the strip but not on top off it

Cons:

One lift was not working the whole week, the other lift broke down about three times had to walk up 14 floors on one day, also with the cleaners using the one lift sometimes you had to wait upto 30 minutes for the lift, as my 80 year old mum could not possibly walk up the stairs. A bit disappointing as was very busy. Won’t put me off staying again as long as both lifts in use

The location was ideal

Cons:

On the 17th floor (Top floor) and no lifts working. The pool was also very dated and dirty. The water level had dropped and you could see green algae that had been scrubbed around the top of the pool. Pool tiles were also missing. Our balcony door didn't lock either so felt unsafe.

Very enjoyable stay at the hotel
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast ,the location was perfect within walking distance of the shops and bars and the beach ,loved the walk on the promenade the pool and pool bar was lovely

Cons:

Didn't like that the lift broke down and had to climb the stairs all the way to the 17th floor and the 2nd lift was broken all the time we were there we also had to empty our own bins in the room

Pros:

Het mooie uitzich omdat we 10 hoog zaten en aan de goede kant, dus we konden ook nog de mooie zee zien. Ook met het slapen was het lekker rustig. Pal naast het appartement ligt de grote markt die elke zondag en woensdag is.

Cons:

Verder niks op aan te merken we hebben een super verblijf gehad. Het enigste was dat 1 lift 1, 5 week buiten werking was en moesten daardoor soms wel 10 minuten wachten.

Good VFM. If you are planning a stag do, this is the place for you!
Pros:

A great location! Only a 5/6 minute walk to the strip / promenade.
The rooms were spot on (We had a high floor and were glad as there was lots of early hours noise). Very spacious balcony, allthough you can be over looked by your neighbour as we discovered when our neighbour was walking around naked!
The facilities were well maintained (with the exception of the lift).
The Bar was good value for money.
Overall good VFM and it was a shame about the noisey pool.

Cons:

The Lift. Only one working the whole time we were there. It made waiting a pain and many times having to squeeze in with a laundry cart.

The hotel was full of waves after wave of stag parties. To be fair they were all good natured and no hassle, but al very boisterous and very loud. We were hoping for a nice relaxing time by the pool, but no chance of that! No trouble, but no peace!

Yobs spoil things
Pros:

Location, staff, and cleanliness

Cons:

Large gangs of stags and hens, being loud and unruly.
Also people using the facilities, including the pool that weren't even guests of the hotel.
And gangs of yobs messing about with the lifts, exiting and pressing every button, so the lift stopped on every floor 1 to 17.
