When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

A deposit of 200€/apartment must be left on arrival as a guarantee. The deposit must be paid by credit card and will be returned after departure within 72 hours. For groups, the deposit is global for the whole group and is not partially refundable. When all the flats in the group are empty, we will check all the flats included in the booking and the refund will be considered if there has been no damage. Otherwise, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the deposit paid and the rest will be refunded. The reservation holder is responsible for the payment of the damage deposit and will be the recipient of the refund on the day of departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Well worth the money and staff very helpful
Pros:

Perfect for a group of guys enjoying Benidorm to celebrate two friends 60th birthdays

Cons:

Went to hotel shortly after 9pm to finish off our last night and have a drink at the hotel and the bar was closed 😞but it wasn’t a big issue .

Old lads trip 👌
Pros:

Facilities were good, staff were very nice and helpful,well mannered and approachable. Nice pool area with plenty off sunbeds drinks not expensive at all.

Cons:

There wasent really anything apart from being on the 14th floor and the lifts being small so had to wait quite a while sometimes if full when they got to you. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.
