When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

A deposit of 200€/apartment must be left on arrival as a guarantee. The deposit must be paid by credit card and will be returned after departure within 72 hours. For groups, the deposit is global for the whole group and is not partially refundable. When all the flats in the group are empty, we will check all the flats included in the booking and the refund will be considered if there has been no damage. Otherwise, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the deposit paid and the rest will be refunded. The reservation holder is responsible for the payment of the damage deposit and will be the recipient of the refund on the day of departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Good Apartments - clean modern bathrooms , nice bar and pool area

Prices very reasonable
Free to use washing machine on site

Cons:

Some people would not like the walk up the side street at night-time as it is a little of the beaten track

Great location nice and clean
Pros:

The location is close enough to everything but far enough out to not hear noise. The apartments are clean and have all you need . The pool area is clean and the food in the bar is reasonably priced and good. Staff are friendly, thisnus our third stay and won't be our last.

Close to the weekly Market easy wall down to the front.

This is our third visit and booked again. Apartments are a good size, well equipped and clean. Near enough the action but far enough away from the noise

Overall these are fantastic value for money.
Pros:

Fantasic location,very close to the strip and central to all main bars.Perfect for a paddys day trip.
Great size appartment with all essentials needed.Nice big balcony.

Cons:

water in shower can be quite dangerous as whilst being used it randomly goes between too hot and then too cold.really needs to be looked at.

Another great stay, see you in November!
Pros:

Visited this accommodation many times, apartments are clean with massive balconies. All the staff are lovely.

Cons:

This visit we had a corner apartment and it was very windy which resulted in the apartment being very cold, but the weather is not the Primavera’s fault!!
