Important information:

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

A deposit of 200€/apartment must be left on arrival as a guarantee. The deposit must be paid by credit card and will be returned after departure within 72 hours. For groups, the deposit is global for the whole group and is not partially refundable. When all the flats in the group are empty, we will check all the flats included in the booking and the refund will be considered if there has been no damage. Otherwise, the amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the deposit paid and the rest will be refunded. The reservation holder is responsible for the payment of the damage deposit and will be the recipient of the refund on the day of departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Locatie, grote van het appartement.

Cons:

Voor ons [ 75+ ] was het matras te hard , en er was te weinig keukengerei oa. Pannen,kommetjes enz. Ook de kleren wassen moesten we in de gootsteen in de keuken doen beetje bij beetje omdat er geen wasmachine in het appartement aanwezig was,alleen maar in de kelder die niet bereikbaar was met de lift maar met de trap en dat konden wij niet ( jammerlijk genoeg )

Great apartments.
Pros:

My 5th stay at these lovely apartments. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, lovely friendly staff and a great location. Five minutes walk to all the bars but very quiet and peaceful at night. In my opinion, one of the best in Benidorm.

Pros:

The location was great I've stayed around there before. We were able to put our cycles safely in the storage room as well.
Downside....rooms need updating and better pillows...they were so hard!!
A basic roo. But thats what you pay for!!

I saw it was very clean

Cons:

Very very dissatisfied with someone come to my room an had moved stuff in mine and friends apartments but why when never made bed ?
Also got a huge shock on the €300 we had to pay while only one person stayed in each room was not anything value to add up to this and it took my spending money left me short and still have not getting it back it a disgrace and would never ever stay there again the location is bad aswell and not happy about the deposit and late refund

Was a girls trip room was clean but no cleaners paid over £350 for 3 nights

Me gusta la ubicación y la piscina estaba muy bien el personal muy amable

Cons:

No me gustó el piso un poco incómodo la cocina muy pequeña y pocos utensilios para pasar unos días no puedes comprar nada Porq la nevera es muy pequeña

Cons:

To be very picky there were only 2 lifts and during busy times there could be a long wait to go up to the room. Also around the pool was very slippery (I’d recommend anti slip matts)
