Charming boutique hotel in beautiful surroundings with excellent food
Pros:

Gorgeous location just beside the river. Restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

It is a car journey from the centre.

Cons:

Restaurant was de dagen dat wij er waren gesloten. Geen personeel te zien alleen een mevrouw bij het ontbijt.
Meerdere kamers geboekt, op een kamer is het bed zeer aan vervanging toe.

We zaten prima in het appartement. Goed weer en lekker rustig.
Pros:

Omdat wij een appartement hebben gehuurd, hebben wij maar één keer van het ontbijt genoten. Dat was goed. Het appartement was prima.

Niet wat we er van hadden verwachtt
Pros:

Een gebouw met veel geschiedenis.

Let op: er is geen lift en de trap naar de tweede verdieping loopt lastig.

Cons:

Her klooster ligt een behoorlijk stuk van het centrum van Trier af. Al kun je er met bus of trein (let op de onregelmatige dienstregeling) met een dik half uur wel komen.

Het personeel mag zich wel wat vriendelijker en minder kortaf opstellen. Oprecht interesse in je gasten tonen vraagt alleen wat tijd. Gastvrijheid toon je bijvoorbeeld niet door te stellen dat de deur binnendoor net op slot zit en je dus maar buitenom naar je kamer moet.

We hadden met zijn vieren twee kamers. In de ene was het bed keihard, in de andere juust heel zacht. Bij het boeken wellicht iets om een voorkeur in aan te geven.

Uitzicht op de Moezel betekent ook uitzicht op (en geluid van) de snelweg die direct aan de overkant van de rivier loopt.

Gastvrij, service, vriendelijk alles voor een fijn verblijf
Pros:

Door omstandigheden waren wij veels te laat met inchecken, maar het was geen probleem en we werden evengoed hartelijk welkom geheten.
Hadden we ook nog eens niet gegeten en de keuken was eigenlijk al gesloten, maar zo meelevend als ze waren werd er toch nog een heerlijk maaltje voor ons bereid.
Echt een geweldige service en gastvrijheid.

Het complex is erg mooi en een prima ligging (4km vanaf Trier) met uitzicht op de moezel..

De kamer was ruim, heel schoon en erg comfortabel, met goed bed en heerlijke douche.

Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, lekker en alles vers.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en komen graag nog een keer terug, maar dan wel met zon en 15 graden warmer.

Cons:

Wij zijn zeer tevreden en hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.
Als we toch iets moeten benoemen, vinden wij € 20,- per persoon voor een ontbijt aan de hoge kant en
ik ben 1.84 meter en ik paste maar nét onder het dekbed.
