Attention arnaque! Je me suis présenté comme prévu entre 20h et 21h à la réception et le réceptionniste m’a indiqué qu’il ne pouvait pas me donner la clé de la chambre car il n’avait pas reçu la confirmation du propriétaire (alors que j’avais bien reçu la confirmation de Booking par e-mail). S’en est suivie une séquence ubuesque de plus d’une heure pendant laquelle j’ai essayé de convaincre le réceptionniste de me donner accès à la chambre (en lui montrant notamment que j’avais déjà été débité du prix de la chambre de manière non-remboursable) et de joindre le propriétaire de l’appartement (qui ne s’est jamais donné la peine de répondre). Épuisé, j’ai quitté les lieux vers 22h pour me chercher un autre hôtel. Je n’ai en outre pas été indemnisé. En résumé fuyez cet endroit.

There were no toiletries even though they advertised it. We came for a one night stay and didn’t bring any. We didn’t have anything even to wash our hands. I complained and the hostess said it was too bad. They had a problem with their suppliers and that was it. I had to buy my own things in the end.
The internet wasn’t working. After a lot of stress they gave us the internet access from another apartment.
Location was too far from the boulevard and I didn’t feel safe walking until there in the evening. And too close to the fish market. Lots of noise early morning.

O quarto é excelente: bonito, confortável, bem decorado e com uma vista incrível — realmente um ponto forte da hospedagem. No entanto, alguns pontos negativos impactaram a experiência. Cheguei no horário previsto para o check-in e o quarto ainda não estava disponível, o que foi bem inconveniente.

Outro detalhe importante é que o anúncio não deixa claro que o café da manhã não está incluso e que se trata de um flat particular. Além disso, o café custa R$ 55 por pessoa, valor alto considerando o que é oferecido — definitivamente não vale a pena.

Quanto ao restaurante, os pratos à la carte deixaram a desejar: as porções de proteína vêm com peso bem abaixo do descrito no cardápio. O que dizem ser 200g, visualmente equivale a, no máximo, 100g. Sinceramente, não recomendo pedir pratos individuais por lá.

No geral, o quarto compensa, mas é bom estar atento a esses detalhes para não se frustrar. Espero que meu comentário ajude outros viajantes.

O Apto que ficamos foi o 1103, simplesmente expetacular, a melhor vista de Fortaleza.

A parte de alimentos e bebidas do hotel ficou mto a desejar. O café da manhã não valeu a pena, mto ruim, existem opções mto melhores em outros locais, por um valor similar.
