The property itself is amazing along with the rooms
There is roadwork being done outside hotel so road is tore up

The Rustaveli avenue was being reconstructed at the time of my stay - on my arrival there was no one to help with the
luggage
It is also very dark in the room and in the hotel overall - for people with sight issues this could be a problem
The place as such is super cool, I really like this idea of a place where people can spend basically all day or may come at any time. Architecture/redesign also done with sensitive approach. Very good drinks.
Unfortunately the staff was extremely rude and arrogant since the moment I enetered. The best experience with them was being just mild (not friendly, not approachable) and the worst.. well lets say that I didnt even think of rating less than 10/10 pretty much until I walked into the merch shop where the lady treats you as a nuisance - an eye roll approach. Needless to say, the receptionist was cold and uninviting as well. The luggage guys and the cleaning ladies were the kindest. The staff will have to be retrained if you want to keep charging premium, because paying this price and be treated like this is just not worth it. If you wish to be part of Europe so bad, then change this beacuse it is inacceptable.
Our stay was simply magical. We love the location, the design and the accessibility. Amazing choices for food and drinks. We look forward to coming back to Stamba.
The only comment we have is that the SPA could have been nicer.
The hotel room was the best we have ever stayed in! The bed was unbelievably comfortable, the bath and shower were fantastic (wow, water pressure!) Everything felt considered, the artwork, the mini bar options, the coffee machine, the tiles, the architecture - stunning!! Staff were super helpful, quick and attentive. Couldn’t recommend Stamba more ✨
