Horrendous would be a compliment.
Cons:

I have never experienced such treatment by staff in any hotel worldwide. I travel often only in 5* hotels and have never been treated like I was at this property. Absolutely absurd they dont care about the client what so ever if you have any issues while staying good luck They only are about how much they can get out of you. Abysmal

Cons:

I even didn’t check the breakfast when I saw the price of the room. Any room in any premium hotel above 200€ comes with breakfast. This was very frustrating

Stunning room
Pros:

Our Aviator Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. Free parking was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Dark hallways and odd smell in room when we returned after a day of sightseeing. Couldn’t get a seat in the restaurant. Breakfast not included

Pros:

The property was spacious and very artistic. I loved the vibe. The rooms were also massive. Location was great. They also gave us our room early as we landed very early in the morning.

Cons:

The rooms were really dark with no natural light. There were stains on the carpet in the room. The cleaners wouldn’t collect any used cups and replace them with new ones. There was a lack of hot water in the shower and there was one day where the water stopped mid shower. Service at the restaurant could also have been better.
