Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön und hat eine gute Aussicht auf den See. Das Frühstück an sich war ebenfalls gut. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus.

Cons:

Der Raum war sehr hellhörig. Der Pool war eher eine Badewanne und wir sollten 20.000 peso für die Nutzung bezahlen.
Das Zimmer war nicht gut geputzt, insbesondere die Bettbezüge sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

desayuno no es bueno. Cumple con un estándar muy básico, sin productos de la zona, mal café... etc. Esperaría un buen desayuno por el valor de habitación. Además, nos enteramos al llegar, que la piscina o tinaja tiene un cobro adicional de $20.000 pesos.

Mala relación precio-calidad
Pros:

La cama era cómoda y el trato del personal. Lo único bueno de la estancia fue que ya había pasado la hora del desayuno y nos dieron igual.

Cons:

1. El baño es muy muy oscuro, y con mala mantencion de pintura, se ve sucio. Y es muy oscuro.
2. El primer día el baño demoró 10 minutos en tener agua caliente y el agua del lavamanos se quedaba estancada (adjunto foto).
3. Las toallas del baño son ENANAS, no me alcanzaban a dar la vuelta al cuerpo (y peso 52 kg, soy chiquitita).
4. La limpieza del lugar deja que desear, usamos la estufa de la pieza que tuve que limpiar yo y sacarle el polvo y la suciedad.
5. El estacionamiento es pequeño, si llegas muy tarde de noche probablemente no alcanzas a estacionar en el mismo hotel.

Ruime comfortabele kamer.. Vriendelijke bediening. Mooie ligging op een helling met zicht op meer.. Oude houten typische 'casona' met charmante trappen

Cons:

Zwembad is zijn naam niet waard. Is geen zwembad maar eerder grote badkuip. Hotel heeft zijn beste tijden gehad.

Foi uma excelente estadia no hotel. Pretendo recomendar o Hotel Agua Nativa para os nossos amigos,

Os funcionários ajudaram muito para resolver todas questões. O quarto e a cama são excelentes.

Cons:

Poderia ter mais opções saudáveis no café da manhã. A água do chuveiro não sai com uma temperatura constante.

Pros:

la ambientación es hermosa, todo lindo de madera y me gustó que estuviera bien conectada con la naturaleza.

Cons:

la limpieza, lejos lo que mas me decepcionó del hotel, las toallas estaban sucias se sentían raras al secarse como una textura pesada (como si tuviera piel muerta acumulada), las fundas de las almohadas muchas veces estan sucias también.
