spacious, clean and good view

Cons:

i booked online for the room through booking.com and the price given was BND160. I chose to pay at property. upon check in my card was swiped more than the amount that i should pay. i told the hotel check in staff. the check in staff said the actual amount is taken upon checked out. when i checked out on the 18.1.2026, the receptionist bill me fully and i paid more than what booking.com had priced me. i said i will make a complaint. The staff - a woman and a man just smile. this is not the hospitality that i would expect from Marriott Hotel standard. until now i am not paid the right sum that bookimg.com had priced me which is less that the money taken from me and no one from the hotel has make an effort to contact me.

スタッフが本当に最低レベル
Pros:

朝食は美味しい

Cons:

・スタッフに島のツアー任せ提案されたがぼったられる(怒)信用したのがバカだったが本当悔しい…
・和食で賞味期限が３年も切れた日本酒が出た…クレームを言うとわけのわからない言い訳のみ

In booking.com i book sea view but the day i came
I did not get sea view room,if the date dont have sea view why on booking.com shown there is sea view room. I pay almost 3k for 2 room. Its make me sad until i need to ask the reception many time about room

Pros:

Hotel centrale, davanti al mare e molto comodo per l’aeroporto. Piscina davvero grande con vista mare. Colazione non l’ho provata causa orari.

Pros:

早餐还不错，中式早餐比较一般，酒店泳池景观不错。

Cons:

酒店大堂不够大气，房间较小，并且比较旧，装修也就一般般，没有豪华的质感，就像普通的4星酒店，前台电话打不通，泳池的水不够干净，水里很多黑色的漂浮物。最后一天早走，酒店前台说好了打包三份早餐，结果还忘了安排，差评，浪费了我们一日的早餐的钱，并且价格比平时贵了太多了，本地人说那个酒店平时也就300RM...性价比真的不高。
