Good mid level hotel. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well and the water was hot. I liked the walk in shower. The mattress and pillows were adequate. No coffee pot or plastic cups, you need to bring your own. Also, no free coffee in the lobby.

Alles top allerdings waren die Herdplatten nicht sauber. Das sah etwas Eckelhaft aus. Allerdings im großen und ganzen war es sauber und Preis Leistung für Mexiko und die Qualität sehr gut.

It felt like a lower end hotel, even if it has the full kitchen which is why I booked the stay there. The entrance is secure I guess, because I ringed and nobody answered. I had to wait for somebody to exit until I could enter. Then I asked the attendant why he didn't open the door and he told me he was in the restroom. I guess it's correct, but it didn't set a good tone for the stay. So, no frills, and customer service is on the low end of the priorities.
