Y al momento q llegas te hacen el cargo o pagas en efectivo
Me escribió el encargado del lugar A mi WhatsApp me preguntó a q hora llegaba dije a la 1 pm después avise q a las 2 pm
Venía en autobús para Tulum y venía dormido
Pues resulta q me cancela la reserva el encargado sin avisarme
Se supone que el ingreso es a partir de las 3 independientemente de la hora q me preguntó q a q hora llegaba
Entonces OJO NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR
No es de confiar tu reserva
Me estrese con esta situación busque rápido en Booking otro alojamiento y encontré CHE SUITES TULUM lo recomiendo excelencia en todo instalaciones de lujo super precio y la atención super de nivel execelente

Lovely tidy flat
Pros:

Quiet. Roof top pool is great. HUGE firm bed. Ceiling fans are great and much better than wall or floor fans. Large space. Very tidy. Good shower and bathroom space.

Cons:

Wifi router in the flat doesn't work, caretaker guy gave us another router to try but that didn't exist so he gave us another, that was far away and didn't work very well or at all in the bedroom. Had to use internet in the living room kitchen area.
Our feet seemed to get very very dirty walking around. I'd say this flat gets swept well but rarely mopped. Proper mucky floor.
Kitchen hobs are electric so take a long time to cook.

Sehr gute Lage, geräumige Zimmer, schöner Balkon und nettes Personal

Cons:

Die Austattung der Küche ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, Klospülung funktionierte nicht wirklich,
Gratis Trinkwasser wäre super praktisch gewesen, gerade wenn man nur ein Fahrrad benutzt

Gran departamento a un excelente precio y ubicación

Excelente departamento, muy completo y con buenas amenidades. Ademas es muy espacioso y con un bonito patito externo. Altamente recomendable para una gran estadía.
