We had a great view of the mountains and water.
It is located for a perfect walk to the beach.

Across street from Safeway. Room is equipped with a kitchenette, so convenient to cook a simple meal if you don’t want to dine out. Very friendly staff. Comfortable, clean and spacious room

The property and rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooms are very big and the kitchenette was perfect for what we needed! The hotel is conveniently located across from the grocery store and walkable just across the street. It is a quick 10 minute drive down to the Homer Spit. I would recommend to anyone visiting Homer!

Honestly for the price there’s better options than the aspen. The best western offers nicer rooms and a decent free breakfast. This place just doesn’t have anything to offer and the staff are average at best. Comparing the experience of staying at both hotels it became clear that the best western was the better value and the staff seemed to be happier with their job than the ones at the aspen.
