Pros:

Lovely and very homely little apartment in a nice neighbourhood. All the amenities listed were present and available for east of use. Lovely to have an aircon, for those of us who like a cool environment after being out in the warmth outside. Loved the ceiling fan! Excellent communication with the owner and checking in at the building itself was quick and easy with very friendly people inside the entrance. I wouldn't hesitate to return on a future trip to Manila
