We loved the location because we could walk just about anywhere. There is a nice dining and shopping area near by as well as the Central Park and church. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful!
The only reason why I gave it less stars is because the property’s bed arrangement in the 4 bed units, it felt tight and also it can use some upgrades. Also we were unlucky with the room facing the street and it got very loud.

La persona que me atendió el llegar fue lo máximo pero la persona que me atendió al marcharme fue de lo peor no me dejaban salir por qué tenían que subir a revisar la habitación me cobraron por una sábana 27 dólares por una mancha de un pétalo de rosa que salió súper fácil en mi casa y d e muy malla manera muy poca profesional la persona pésimo servicio al cliente

Loud music and road noise
Pros:

The hotel is nice enough, but the road noise is very loud, with very loud music being played all day long. The neighborhood is a bit rough.

Das Personal war freundlich. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste und so wirkte alles etwas ausgestorben. Die Lage ist ideal, in der Nähe vom Mercadito für die Busse nach ElViejo/Jiquilillo. Duschbrause inkl. Armatur müsste mal erneuert werden. Klimaanlage war super, da es sehr heiss war.

The property is downtown. Rooms both face onto the the road below which subjects one to traffic noise till 10pm and as of 4am including horse traffic. Yes, horses. Otherwise stay is comfortable. Room and bathroom fine. Hot water in shower working fine. Airconditioning and fan all operating well.
